Hoffman Brothers were phenomenal. The customer service was excellent and I thought the technology was super advanced.
We were late for our appointment and Rodney called and was willing to wait. He walked me through the entire process and was very professional. Then after the communication was superb. They will be the only plumber after this delightful experience I will call in the Nashville area for my house and my rentals.

I am thoroughly impressed with Hoffman Brothers, and highly recommend Jason! He came to fix my split AC/Heating unit and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, knowledgeable; and kindly took time to explain to me what went wrong, and what he did to fix it. Very good price for the service provided. It was a great experience all around, and we will be calling Hoffman Brothers back in the future!

I have used Hoffman Brothers for multiple repairs over the last several months - I am always pleased with their knowledge, professionalism, and quality work. I made an appointment on Monday for a bathtub drain issue and was able to get on the schedule for first thing Wednesday. The providers arrived at 7:15am and provided a quote for a series of repairs, providing me options based on price and priority. Highly recommend!

Billy was one of many people I spoke to about getting our upstairs attic converted space some proper heating/cooling. While most folks focused on selling me a new system, Billy took the time to study the system that was currently existing at my property. He then proposed the best approach for investing into my existing system in a way that would satisfy our current cooling needs and set us up well for future expansion when our current system hit its end of life. Cannot stress enough the patience and pure philosophy that the Hoffman Brothers encourages in their people. Great work & great experience overall !

Incredible professional service by both Josh and LaQuentin. Were very consultative, provided solutions to long outstanding problems we thought we'd have to live with, and resolved same day. Treated our house and us with respect, and pricing was very reasonable. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a truly positive experience. A++

We love the Hoffmann Brothers! We had a sewage smell that was incredibly hard to pinpoint and Henry and Josh came out multiple times to help find solutions that worked for us. We ended up having to repipe and the team was very professional and thorough and kept us posted throughout the process. Communication has always been great!

Josh came out to our office, Xtreme Exteriors LLC, and fixed our plumbing issue, which included pulling up the toilet and unclogging the drain for both the men's and ladies' room; he was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly--he even pointed out that our back flow was leaking, something that we had just had inspected by the city (and passed the inspection on). Josh finished fixing everything quickly and even mopped up the restrooms when he was finished so there wasn't any nasty clean-up for me to deal with! I would absolutely recommend Josh and Hoffman Brothers Plumbing to anyone who has any kind of plumbing issue! Thank you for doing a great job!

Henry from Hoffman was Awesome!! Super helpful and respectful listened to all my concerns, spent quality time checking my drain lines and doing a camera inspection, found the problem and recommended a solution. I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend giving them a call!!

Rodney the technician was very helpful and proficient at his job. He was on time and very respectful. He did an amazing job and installing my water heater and toilet, as well as fixing the leak in my shower. I would recommend this company any day of the week.

Brandon was our plumber today, and this was my first time using Hoffmann Brothers. He was very professional, arrived on time, assessed the problem and had it fixed quickly once I agreed to the estimate. He also explained everything and made it easy for me to ask questions. Everything works great now, and I would definitely use this company again!
