I contracted Galmiche to install a separate furnace and AC along with duct work and bathroom fans in our home addition. This company was so impressive I had them replace the existing furnace and AC for the original house. Pricing was good and service was excellent. Easy to work with and Jeff was available to answer any questions we had.

Horrible customer service!! Our upstairs AC until went out in August. I called Galmiche & Sons Heating & Cooling and spoke with Kelly. They sent someone out the next day, but when I got home, it was still not running. When I called to figure out what was going on, Kelly informed me that their employee worked on the wrong AC unit. They sent someone 2 additional times before it was finally fixed and then tried to charge me for 3 visits when the first 2 were their mistake! Kelly was not friendly or easy to work with. It strongly felt as if they were pinning the blame on me and not taking responsibility for their errors. I will not be using this company ever again.

Our a/c was leaking, so I called on a Tuesday to set up my first appointment with them on the following Friday afternoon (due to my own scheduling conflicts). Friday at 12:38 they called and left me a voicemail to call back so they would come. I called right back, at 12:40. I was told he was already on his way to the next job and it could be 4+ hours before he got to my house. Is it bad of me to find this unacceptable? I was told by their service manager that they pay their guys $82/hour and he tells them to keep moving.

Tech was incredibly unprofessional and didn’t follow my very simple request to inform me of the issue BEFORE doing $500+ in repairs. I asked twice to please call me after diagnosis. I never received any call and after several hours I reached out to him. The tech insulted whoever installed the unit prior to his service, calling them a “retard” and said “ oh, that job, that was 500 something, you’re gonna have to call the office, but I don’t have the number. It’s written on the side of my van and I can’t see it because I’m driving “ <—- haha! Are you serious!?

Just do yourself a favor and call any other HVAC company.

They also sent my bill to the wrong address...

Purchased equipment late Friday. Installed on Saturday and found coil was damaged after installation. Called on-call personal and said that he could do nothing til Monday morning. If u have someone on call why can't they make an exchange and fix the problem? 94 degrees til Monday. What a joke!!

John came out for annual service and impressed...first he recognized that we had a shared driveway and parked on the street as to not inconvenience our neighbors. He then proceeded with the service call and got our AC into top shape. Added bonus...John showed me how to correctly clean my outside coil which I can now teach my know it all husband to do.

Poor customer service all the way around!! I'm in the customer service business myself for over 20 years. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy..The GM is a real POS . I have never been talked to so nasty. As a "Family Owned Company" one would think they may be family friendly!!!!! Nope!! Not today Satan!!! Its too HOT

Superior service! Galmiche was able to fit our job in quickly and completed for quoted price. Clean and respectable service technicians who communicated wonderfully throughout the job. I highly recommend them!
