Galmiche service person came by and spent two minutes checking out my furnace which wasn't fucntioning and told me it was unsafe to use. The owner came by and tried to sell me a new furnace and an air conditioner, though I had no issues with my air conditioner. I got a second opinion and there was nothing wrong with my furnace, I even had Spire come out for a safety check, also confirmed no issues. The furnace is now working. Would not recommend this company.

They set the appointment with a definite arrival time that was convenient for me. They called when on the way and arrived on time. Service was done efficiently, answering all my questions - since this home is new to us. Technician found and quickly solved an unknown problem. I had a question on the invoice. Office put me through to someone who was knowledgeable and answered all questions. We are very happy with galmiche.

The only experience I have had with this company was sharing the road. with an employee who was driving aggressively that day. Really pleased the company responded to address it.

Galmiche did an incredible job of a fairly complicated residential rehab. Jim worked with me to get the best layout without having to lose living space or soffit too much, and Tim, the installer, did even better than we could envision getting everything to fit efficiently. I got a range of bids from other reputable companies and their pricing was significantly better than anyone else. My only complaint was that it took a long time to get on their schedule, but the wait was worth it.

They were so nice and efficient! I had a new furnace and air conditioner in less than one day and I had all new duct work in less than another! They were also very clean and safe! All in the middle of the coldest, snowiest days of this year! Thank you Galmiche for taking such great care of our family!

I can't say enough good things about this company! Our AC went out on a Wednesday. No company I contacted was able to install a new unit until the following week. My husband was having surgery on Monday so it was important to have air conditioning for him. The salesman assured me he would do all he could. The following day, Saturday, Jeff Galmiche called and said he had an installer willing to put it in that day! Jeff Galmiche came to the house to ensure the job would be done and the installer had it working in a couple of hours. Above and beyond service! My husband is home from the hospital and resting comfortably. Many, many thanks to the only company we'll ever use or recommend!
