Our heat pump croaked in February during one of the coldest stretches of the year (of course). Jim and Jeff replaced the unit in a very timely manner and at an excellent price point. Both were completely courteous, professional, responsive, and respectful of the property. Illy HVAC is absolutely the company I will use for all future maintenance/repair needs. Highly recommend.

Illy HVAC has been my first choice for the last 5 years! Jim and Jeff really know their stuff and can get the job done. Anything from new installs to a simple cleaning of your system. They do it all. Highly recommend!

Our HVAC went out on a Saturday night in January. Clearly it was really cold in our house! And with two under 3 we weren’t able to just wait normal business hours the next business day (a Monday). Jeff came within an hour of calling and stayed until the job was done! All in all we are very pleased with the service and it’s safe to say we have a new HVAC company!

I highly recommend Illy HVAC! Jim and Jeff are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything. They did a wonderful job on installation of new HVAC system. We love our new air conditioner.

As usual, they were fantastic! Woke up on a Saturday morning with no heat. In less than 2 hours, they were at my house. I needed a new thermostat and they not only installed a new one, they programmed the app on my phone. (they even stopped at the store on their way here to pick me up a new furnace filter since the one i had rec'd online was the wrong size)I will ALWAYS reach out to them with my heating problems! Top notch in every aspect!!!

I've head the pleasure of using this company. They were very reasonable in pricing and even came over one evening after I thought I had messed up a new thermostat installation. Turns out I just did know about the kill switch on the door and it worked fine. Untillll it was time for heat about a month later and the heat did not work on the furnace. This was the result of a bad thermostat. I ended up taking the thermostat back and because my house was being inspected the following day they put in the new thermostat and all is good.

illy contracting does not hear enough thank you’s from me!!! A rough winter of HVAC and plumbing issues really just put an end to 2020 for me. Making this decision for a new unit replacement was made so easy. Outstanding customer service, beyond reasonable prices and communication is APlus!!!!! 

The service and the serviceman Jeff were very knowledgeable and polite. I have a remote with my gas fireplace and he figured how it worked so I wouldn’t have to take the fireplace apart to turn it on. He then patiently explained the settings to me which was a blessing. Definitely will call them again. 😎
