If you are looking for a reputable heating and air conditioning company please consider Ian and his team at Arch Air Services. They strive to keep you fully satisfied. I had to turn on the AC for the first time this year and discovered that it wasn't working. They came over ASAP to fix the problem and had me going in no time. Thanks Ian!

They also helped me by installing Electric co. new programable thermostat. and I have had in other homes and helps on usage and cost. It was very helpful as it was far more complicated the what I had in past. Every thing is upgrading and I don't fell very competent with it. A few years ago they found and corrected the air condenser problem we did not even Knew about.

Finally, a company that goes above and beyond. They come in wearing booties over their shoes which for my house was kind of funny because I have dogs. They told me what they were doing and why, when they cleaned my furnace they really went and opened things up to clean and make sure everything was working. Our Tech was very personable and really seem to enjoy working for Arch Air Services. I will use them again because they do what they said they were going to do.

I’ve used Arch Air on multiple houses including my own. They show up on time and do a great job whether it’s a new install or simple repair. They are always my first and only call for HVAC.

I have used Arch Air for my personal home and business (40,000sf with multiple tenants and systems) for several years. They are always professional and do what they say they will do. They saved me yesterday when our AC stopped at work. It's a 20 year old system on its last leg... I called and got through to Laura who was able to schedule the work and the owner, Ian, showed up a couple hours later the same day! AC fixed and running giving us time to evaluate its replacement!!! They have replaced entire systems for me as well. I reccommend you get on their service schedule. Arrived on time. Performed a thorough check and cleaning of my AC system both inside and outside. Found a weak capacitor outside which was replaced. Freon was a couple pounds low so it was added. Very pleased with this service.

I would highly recommend using Arch Air Services for your HVAC needs. Ian responded to my after hours AC emergency within an hour, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and my house was being cooled again--all within 90 minutes! For less than I expected to pay! I'm a very satisfied, and COOL customer.

The technician, Brian, arrived on time, identified himself at the door and was wearing a mask. We had also received a text message giving us his name. He checked our heating system and did not find any problems. He pointed out a couple of potential issues that may need to be addressed in the future, but NO safety issue. Clearly did not try and sell us any unnecessary repairs. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Brian was both friendly and professional and took precautions (we both wore masks) to keep us both safe. This is a great company and I would definitely recommend Arch Air Services.
