Ian and his team are thorough, friendly and take time to explain what’s wrong and how they plan to work the issues I had. They always fit me in as quickly as possible.

They were recommended to us, and we had them come out to test and service our a/c service on a house we just bought. They found and repaired a wiring issue, tested and then serviced our unit. I would highly recommend them.

I have nothing but good things to say about the team at Arch Air. Everyone I talked to - Laura, Ian, and Eric (sorry if I'm forgetting someone, you're wonderful too!) - was nothing but helpful, informative, and patient. I placed a call after 6pm and was able to set up an appointment for first thing the following morning and repairs happened in just a few hours. Then when I needed additional help later in the day, Laura came in and saved the day again and someone was able to come back out for one last fix. I can't recommend them enough should you find yourself in the unfortunate position of being without the things we take for granted.

I submitted an online request for repair services at night and got a call the next morning. They had someone come out and repair my A/C that afternoon. He was courteous, professional and got my A/C working properly in no time. I would recommend Arch Air to others and will use them again for other services.

Highly recommend these guys! Very personable and did a great job installing our AC. Had a small issue with them unplugging something that they were quick to fix.

Arch Air gives us huge peace of mind because they take care of proactively scheduling and maintaining our hvac system. They handle keeping it tuned and working efficiently and we trust them to service as needed so that we don’t have to mess with it. Plus, when you’re on the regular maintenance plan, you get a % savings on parts. Highly recommend!

As an owner of a large real estate firm I have used many vendors over the years. This was a personal project at my personal home that was being completely gutted and remodeled. Ian and his team were phenomenal. They had great suggestions, solved complicated issues and were extremely professional and personal. They are my go to HVAC company and will be referred to my 250 plus agents as a 5 Start company!!!

We had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a home where the furnace was broken (but not disclosed to us!) As you can imagine, we were a bit peeved when we had to find HVAC professionals on such short notice.

Excellent professional service. They fixed and serviced our aging boiler when another group in town wanted only to replace the whole system. Ian took the time to assess the system and discussed all our options. They provided prompt service at a very good price. Highly recommended.
