Excellent customer service. Service tech provided us with options and cost prior to repair. Their a/c install was quick and cost-effective. Will definitely recommend.

Amazing company. Friendly service techs and always a quick response. Very reasonably priced. They installed our hvac system and I only trust them to service it. When they enter our home, it feels like family.

Ian and his team were great! They came out and gave the best price and had the most thorough plan for our AC/furnace install. They were able to install the whole unit in one day! They were clean and put tarp down to protect our flooring when they were inside and the install was clean and ran great the same day they installed it.

Ian came the next day to follow up and check to make sure everything was running well (it was.) He even cared enough with the fine details to get one of the vents exchanged so that it would match the wall it was installed on.

They will do anything to make sure the install is how you want it, our coolant piping is initially installed a little too high for our liking so they are coming back later to lower it instead of just convincing us that its just done or charge us more to move it down.

Great communication too. I highly recommend.

Our A/C went out two years ago. More recently, our 28-year old furnace went out. Ian with Arch Air came out to do a quote for us on a whole-home system. He was extremely sweet and patient (our home is a little chaotic with 2 toddlers and 2 dogs) and we enjoyed having him and his knowledge in our home!

I originally (and mistakenly) posted a review meant for another company. Not only did Ian leave a personal (and professional) reply to my original review (which I have deleted) that let me know he actually paid attention to his visit with us (and remembered!), he came out to the house to speak with us! That level of customer service doesn't happen a lot anymore. I am so sorry about the original review - it was definitely an accident! Ian - thank you so much for coming out to address my mistake, for your understanding and flexibility, and for being fantastic!

Arch Air was an awesome support to us for our entire time in our house in Ballwin. The seasonal check ups were incredibly helpful, and what’s even better is that they would call me if I forgot to schedule my seasonal check up at the beginning of the season. Their technicians were always friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like every time I worked with them I was getting a fair price with exceptional service. I would give them more than five stars if possible

I have been working with Arch Air for 6 years since we purchased our new furnace. Looked around quite a bit. They had reasonable prices. Great furnace and amazing service. Have a program where they come out every 6 months. I’ve never had 1 problem. Everyone is very friendly and trustworthy. Wouldn’t consider changing.

Our AC quit working. I called Arch Air and spoke to Laura. She was very nice and was able to get someone out to me the same day! Bryan was our tech and he was awesome! He explained everything and was patient with our questions. I will most definitely recommend them and will definitely be using them for my HVAC needs!

Service was prompt and professional. Same day which was great, as it was 92 when our AC stopped working. Our technician, Eric, wore booties and mask while inside house and worked with us on a solution that fit our budget, meaning just replacing broken part. Initial Service charge is $69, less than others. While additional services, like
maintenance cleaning were suggested, we were not made to feel like we had to do them. I would definitely recommend Arch Air and would use in the future.

Great Company to work with! Always professional, punctual and patient in explaining things during routine maintenance check ups. They do great work and were supportive with any follow up questions I had after the installation of duct work for my business. They are my go to HVAC company for my home and business.
