Our upstairs AC went out on Friday night. I reached out to Eve Heating Air Conditioning at 7:30am on Saturday morning and they had our AC fixed by 10:00am the same day. In a world where businesses aren’t returning emails or phone calls, Eve Heating Air Conditioning provided some impressive customer service.

Called them up to get one of our A/C units serviced. I asked what they charged for the diagnostics (typically $79-129) and how much they charged per pound of R-410. They kept giving me the run-around and said they let our technicians give that information after they know what's wrong with the system. I explained that it does not look like they are on the honest side of things when they wait until after they are face to face to provide their standard pricing. I told them to have a nice day and called someone else. What else are they trying to hide? It would not surprise me if they are one of those companies that changes a fuse and charges you for a new control board.

We needed to replace the boiler heating system in our older home. After multiple estimates, Eve Heating Air Conditioning had the best value for the price. We were able to upgrade to a high-efficiency unit with a combination tank-less hot water heater. Our technician Mike was knowledgeable and professional. We are happy with our service.
