Joe's Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing, came right away & then took all the time to get to the bottom of a tricky double wiring issue in the central air unit & the thermostat. The technician explained the membership program to us with no pressure to join which was a great program for maintenance on our unit & furnace. He was very thorough & explained things he fixed!! Would love to have him back to work on it or do any maintenance! I highly recommend him as well.

Ben did a thorough job and resolved an outstanding issue I was having with my HVAC system, in addition to completing the system heat check and maintenance he was scheduled to perform. Our furnace went out recently. Joe's Heating & Air Conditioning was recommended by friends who'd just been through the same thing. Their referral saved us a lot of time and money. We called them and they came out the same day. They were able to schedule us the following morning. They arrived and in three hours, they were done, cleaned up and gone. They're super friendly, I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had a different company out before these guys who claimed that I needed to replace a very expensive part per unit. Luckily I lost their contact and they never followed up with me for the repair... Harry and co worker did fantastic job of installing AC unit. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was just right, even installed carbon monoxide monitors and changed air filters. From the consultation to the completion of the work, that was a was a great experience. The technician was very professional and courteous. He and his crew were protective mask and gloves at all times to ensure his staff and I were protected as much as possible. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new furnace, air conditioner, or both without a doubt.

I was very disappointed in the service Joe's Heating & Air Conditioning provided. They quoted me $100 over the phone for a system check and cleaning and then charged me $200 at the time of service. They did not keep their appointment and did not call the day of the appointment to notify me. After they rescheduled the service, they sent a person from a sub-contractor (not a Joe's employee) to perform the service. They left my furnace switched off at the unit, which caused our house to get very cold the next morning. They also did not put my thermostat back in "run program" mode when they left. When I called to complain they said they would call back to discuss a resolution but they never did. Don't use this company.

Harry and his team were terrific! They were on time and installed my new AC without a wrinkle! The guys were very pleasant to work with, they were good with my dogs and cleaned up when they left. You couldn't tell they were there except the air was cooler and the unit was quieter! I highly recommend Harry and his team and will use them moving forward for regular maintenance.

Called Joe's Heating & Air Conditioning today for an A/C which stopped working. Earliest appointment we could work out was 5 days away. About 3:00 they called and said someone finished early. They came, had the necessary parts on the truck and fixed it in less than an hour. The best thing is their repair crew seldom changes. Extremely good service. Thanks.
