We had problems with our Speed Queen washing machine for a number of years, which is unusual for that brand. The place from where we purchased the washer in Belton MO came out at least 5 times over the years and attempted to repair the machine. (It became violent in the spin cycle so much so that the plastic balancing ring above the tub was ground into pieces twice.) The company replaced the rings both times, since it was under warranty. However, the last time they were instructed by the manufacturer to also replace the tub. They chose not to do so, so we continued to experience violent shaking during the spin cycle. I called Speed Queen and they recommended that I contact a different local representative (Groom's Appliance in Lee's Summit MO) and ask them to come out and inspect the machine. Groom's was able to come and inspect the machine within a couple of days. They agreed that the tub and the ring both needed to be replaced. Within a week they ordered and received the new parts and were back at our house repairing the machine. It now works like it is supposed to work for the first time in 3 years. Groom's was knowledgeable, dependable, thorough, and extremely courteous. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done. We plan to buy our next appliance from them instead of from the firm we purchased the washer from in the future.

Now, I have them service my units twice a year and they provide superior service every time. I highly recommend Groom's if you're looking for superior service, fair pricing, and honest people wither personal and professional integrity.

After owning the house for awhile we had an AC go out on a Saturday when we were hosting a huge birthday party. They fit us in and saved the day. When it was time to replace both of our HVACs they took care of both in ONE DAY. Worked all day and cleaned up before they left. Absolutely the best! Personal. Caring. Good communication. You are not just a number. You are known and so is your house. Can’t put a price tag on that!

Travis came and soon had us cool again! They never let us down, always friendly, polite and reliable! Great Company and Great People!
