We own a wedding venue and the AC went out during an event! JR Kjelshus came to rescue and fixed the problem and also recommended some weatherization efficiency upgrades which we immediately took advantage of!! Great service! Great company!!

A/C failed on a hot (101) Saturday evening. They were able to send a Tech who fixed it very quickly. The Tech was very nice, polite and efficient. We have always had great service from them.

EDIT I am happy to say our issues have been resolved. I now know that changes have been made and the results are far and above in their customer service and work. When JR learned about our complaints he immediately contacted me to determine how our issues could be resolved. He and D came out quickly, listened to us and determined the unit needed to be replaced. JR and D installed the new unit. They are both stand up contractors. Now, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you JR and D or your professional work and your dedication to excellence.

Our Furnace stopped working a few hours before the Big Game. I called Eric Kjelshus Energy Heating and Cooling and they were onsite within an hour. They had the heat back on soon after getting here. After replacing a part and servicing the unit, our Furnace now works quieter and better than ever before. This was our second time using them. Top notch service and a reasonably priced. I would recommend to all!

Overpromise and under deliver. Talked to the owner "Eric" one evening for about 30 minutes on the phone about upgrading our system and getting the most energy efficient system available while being comfortable the expensive power bills. He said that he would personally come out and evaluate the entire system and give us recommendations on what we could do. The next day after the original appointment was skipped I called them back to figure out what was going on. Eric told me that he got very busy and was sorry and would send someone out. That they did. However we went from looking at upgrading our system and to a $549 bill for freon. This is rare that I actually spend the time to write reviews.... I am a business owner and I am certain that our customers do not get treated this way. I did call the office to take care of my balance in full and expressed my concern.... The lady on the phone was the icing on the cake for me I can understand how they all work together as they all had the same type of attitude.

2016 note - Eric stood by his work, when the AC refused to work this spring, and replaced the fan for us, providing a temporary fan while waiting for the correct one to arrive. Still the best!

****Eric and his team (George and Darrin), just completed the installation of a new AC for us, along with the necessary adaptations to our existing furnace system. Their work is impeccable! Beautiful craftsmanship where adaptations were needed, careful work with removal of the old and installation of the new AC... and to top it off, great job cleaning up too! We haven't used the new AC yet, but are eager to see it, and fully expect a drop in our energy costs as well, because the whole system is far more efficient than the previous one.
