Of course the furnace went out during the 2 weeks of frigid weather this year. They arrived between 10:30 and 11:00 p.m. When they left, the house was warming up. They were polite and actually listened as we told them how the furnace was running. They immediately knew what it was and how to fix it. This company is the best . I definitely recommend them
