Let’s start off with how great of a job this company is doing. They were able to get me in last minute to fix a water line that had broke. Joe and James employees of Hoffmann were polite, talkative and great at their job. These two guys not only fixed my problem but we’re able to do it and save me a bunch of money. I’d recommend Hoffman brothers to anyone. Oh ya, can’t forget about Hank! He is the one who originally came out diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote. Hoffmann Bros 💪

I usually do not write reviews but in this case, Zach (technician) did an excellent job in explaining every single detail about my water heater issue which was fairly complex. He discussed many options in order to obtain the best result. He even called me back after he left to discuss another idea to narrow down the problem. I’ve had many service technicians for repairs but Zach was by far the best. Also, there was absolutely no sales pressure for services. If you use Hoffman Brothers ask for Zach-you will not be disappointed.

I called Hoffman for the first time on the recommendation of the guy who maintains my furnace. It’s been an excellent experience from start to end! Office staff could not be more helpful, that came out next day, Nick my service guy was outstanding (knowledgeable, professional, kind) and they accommodated my schedule to get all three issues taken care of quickly. Loved their service so much I signed up for their yearly protection plan. I highly recommend Hoffman Brothers!

Cody did a great job of cleaning out our backed up stack and explaining everything to us. He was very professional and friendly. We will definitely call Hoffman Brothers for future needs!

John provided exceptional service for us! He arrived on time, with a smile and positive attitude! He was very attentive and listened to our concerns. We felt very comfortable having him in our home to check out our shower issue. He was quick to identify the issue, and was able to explain it clearly (and understandably for someone who doesn't have a clue about plumbing). He solved our problem and we were so happy! Hoffman has an empire but in a good way. Seems to treat employees well and has created a in-depth system for notification, management and updating on jobs. They stored all my info on my system and every technician has come with that info readily available. All the call center staff have been great and easy to work with for scheduling.

Shamine fixed my air conditioner with professionalism and great service. He helped me during a difficult time and made the situation the absolute best he could. I am very thankful for his kindness and great work.

Justin did a great job replacing the drain pipes and faucet when my kitchen faucet and pipes were leaking. It might’ve been more money I wanted to spend but he gave me all the pricing options and his suggestions. Appreciated his integrity and professionalism.

Nick Noble is awesome! He arrived promptly to the appointment. He provided a quote for replacing our water heater. In addition, he inspected an issue with our shower. It was making a whistle noise. We previously had another plumbing company diagnose the issue, but I had a hunch it wasn’t right. I’m extremely grateful Nick took the time to TRULY determine what the issue was and he fixed the problem! Our shower has been giving us problems off and on since Jan. 2022! I’m beyond excited that this issue is now fixed. Thank you Nick! I look forward to having you replace our water heater, as I am confident you’ll do it to code.

Tommy (and Kyle) did an outstanding job installing a new AC/ furnace. Extremely polite and professional, very thorough and detailed. Made sure everything was as clean as when they arrived and carefully explained the new equipment and thermostat. Entire service with Hoffmann was very positive and timely.
