Ben was outstanding! As a first time customer I was very impressed on all levels! From my initial phone call to Ben fixing my ac, everyone was great. Cheerful and adequately explained every step. I’m so happy I found Hoffman Brothers and will definitely recommend to others. Also they offer text updates on Ben’s arrival … not a 4 or 8 hour window for arrival. Just a wonderful experience!

Outstanding service performed by professionals who know what they’re doing. We have used Hoffman Brothers for multiple services (water softener install, garbage disposal install, and HVAC service), and every professional we’ve dealt with (which now numbers at least 5) has been courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and timely. We were so impressed with the services we received that we signed up for their home protection plan. It’s provides us with tremendous peace of mind to know we have professionals of this caliber on call for any issues that come up in the home.

Mike was very easy to talk to and ask questions. He went through everything he did and showed me the issues with our AC unit. Although it is never fun to deal with these kinds of issues, I definitely would recommend to others.

We had our entire AC/Furnace go out. My wife is 9 months pregnant and we have a 1 year old. Ross was great at getting someone out ASAP. Another local company told me to call them in a week 🙄 Brian was a great project manager and coordinated the install pretty seamlessly. Tommy came out installed everything in one day and was great to work with. Our nest thermostat wasn’t compatible with our new system. Tommy worked diligently to get a temp one Installed. He then returned the next day to install our new, better thermostat. I could not be happier with the install! I’m glad we chose Hoffman!
The difference for me was the customer service, the warranty, and total home care package! I will use Hoffman again!!

The entire Hoffmann Brothers team did a great job dealing with our emergency cooling situation at an investment/rental property. From the service manager, to dispatch, to Scott (the technician), everyone was professional, courteous, and provided accurate technical information. Would not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend others do when they have needs.

Steve was friendly, prompt, professional and kept the work zone immaculate. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable and gave great advice. He took time to investigate and was caring. I am very pleased with the service he provided! Highly recommend Hoffman Brothers and Steve, in particular!

Xavier was awesome! He was prompt on both days. Very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. Completed work quickly. Great people skills. Oftentimes, it’s hard to find someone with technical knowledge and a personality! Very good with making sure I understood the details and was not just addressing the conversation to my hubby ( who understands “plumbing speak”). He went the extra mile and went to get a part from the van to give me a visual. I think of excellent customer service as service that DELIGHTS the customer, and Xavier “ understood the assignment “ We were so impressed with Xavier that we’re having Hoffman do an electrical job for us.

Effective 3/7, Cory and 3 other A+ Installers and our salesman Daniel showed up on time this am with the new Furnace/AC unit and explained everything, walked through the removal of the old init and how the new unit would be installed and checked with me each step of the way. I have never worked with any company as well run, and with such professional, expert, customer friendly staff as I have with Hoffman Brothers. The walk through at the end coupled with them setting up the wifi thermostats and apps on our phones to change temps and schedule the system was amazing. There is nobody in St. Louis that offers this level of service. A huge thank you to Hoffman Brothers. I now have 2 hvac systems from them and I have had them do work on our house for water leaked, electrical, etc. you can’t go wrong with Hoffman Brothers!!

Eff 3/3/6: Daniel Frandsen came out to our house at 6pm to discuss the replacement of our older HVAC system (we have 2 in the house), Daniel explained everything, got us amazing pricing on a new 2 ton Furnace and AC, and set up up for installation on 3/7 at 8am, …. The next day!!! Amazing service!

Tom Taylor came out 2 times. Once for a plumbing issue with a leak in the ceiling, thevsecondvyme to address and install a new kitchen faucet. Both times, he reviewed and assessed everything, and identified the issues. He offered options and spent time going over everything. The first repair, he repaired the leak/pipe, and his knowledge, customer service and professional knowledge was unbelievable. He explained what we was going to do to review the problem, advised in detail on the findings and walked us through the complete repair. The second trip out months later was for a defective kitchen faucet, and again he spent time providing options, showing us the broken part and offering solutions that were doable. Both times he was amazing and his workmanship a customer service was beyond amazing. Tom is very professional, and I give Tom a 20 on a 1-10 scale. In addition to this emergency plumbing repair, and the broken kitchen faucet, Hoffman also installed our brand new HVAC system a few months earlier. I highly recommend Tom & Scott Baker!!! I highly recommend Hoffman Brothers! They are the best in St. Louis! These guys are super responsive and A++. Thank you Tom and Scott Baker!!!

I had a very good plumbing experience with Hoffmann. Nick showed up right on time for first call. He looked at my problems and gave me three choices, money wise, of ways to go. I needed a new toilet and also a new whole house water shut off valve replaced. No hard sell at all. He worked steady and explained what he was doing the whole time. Thanks, Nick.
