    Highly not recommended. Show me service is the affiliate service company of Home Warranty Of America. HWA is almost a scam and has a notorious reputation in the field from what I just learned on better business bureau. They have 1 star out of 5 of total 650 reviews. Which makes me wonder why they are still in the business. The two of them communicated very poorly and inefficiently. After they sent out a guy to take a look at our furnace, nobody from neither of them called me to confirm my authorization for uncovered part of the claim. I had to call both of them to find out they needed my yes on that one and that took 1 week. And then it took them 2 more weeks now to figure out a number for an equipment for installing our new furnace while we are waiting in this below freezing temperature weather. I called show me service in the morning and she said she will call HWA and call me back but heard nothing from her for hours so I had to call HWA and three of their representatives told me they are waiting on show me service’s confirmation of the model of the furnace so then I tried to get hold of show me service for hours to confirm that but nobody answered or called me back so I had to keep calling and when someone finally answered, the way she talks is just beyond rudeness and it’s her fault not communicating with HWA when she said she will call them in the morning thus not moving the process forward but she made it sound like it was my fault not hearing what she was saying. And they are trying to charge me more money for this kind of delay of service. When they finally sent out and tried to do the installment, they tried to charge two of our cards and they bugged me again and again afterwards saying it didn’t go through. They drag along the service for months but when they don’t get paid for one week they start harassing customers. And whoever I talked to is always beyond rudeness and she even threatened to put a lien on my house. I will talk to my lawyer and seek for legal help regarding this.
    l will never use their service again and I hope both of them will run out of business given the way they treat customers so that nobody will have to pay and put up with this kind of nonsense.

    Worse customer service ever. We had no heat for almost 4 full weeks. We had this company come out 5 times In a month through our warrenty company. They refused to call us back after the first visit. Had to communicate through the warrenty. They would get the heating working for a hour or two then it would quit. Left messages on Facebook messenger since their vm was always full. They would read but never call or respond after the first time. Fixed three times, always quit after a couple hours then would have to wait another week to get a visit to try and repair again each time. Finally had another company come out and was able to diagnosis our prob in 20 min and repair in 1 hour. Never ever using your company again.

    We were told to use this company from our home warranty for a bathtub drain leak. The man arrived and did some work and told us to contact him the following week if there went still problems. There were. No one responded to our calls and emails. We found out later the plumber had passed away. We were sympathetic but it’s been two months and they still haven’t fixed our problem in spite of our multiple phone calls and emails.

    Our first time using this Company. They was reccomemed by our Home Warranty Company. Brandon was amazing, very helpful and represented his company well. We will for sure be using them for all our Heating and Cooling issues.

    The part that was supposed to be ordered for my heating system was supposed to be in a week and a half ago. Every phone call I make to Show Me Services LLC goes to voicemail and after leaving multiple messages, I still have yet to receive a call back. I did get through to a gentleman last week, but was told he was on the other line (after I told him who I was and what my issue was) and he would call me back in 30 minutes...and yep, you guessed it, I still have yet to receive that phone call.

    My landlord scheduled our appointment. I called to ask what time they would be here. They were so rude over the phone and treated me like an inconvenience and said they'd already spent so much time out and were sick of it. I literally had moved in less than a week before this conversation so I didn't even know they had come out. Then on my appointment day they didn't even know why they were there. They wanted to just leave instead of contacting the landlord who has the appointment. He then was extremely rude gave us a one liner as to what the problem is and left.

    "I’m used to getting ripped off, Put off for several weeks. It seems like no matter where you go these days people are trying to take advantage of other people. The guy was great when he came in even though I’m a germaphobe. He didn’t look at me strange or give me an attitude. This guy was the best service technician I’ve ever had in my whole life. He was quick he new what he was doing. I’m never able to recommend anybody because Honestly most people aren’t worth it. But these people Tim the technician was awesome please give Tim a raise.".

    Heat Pump was not producing heat. They showed up and took some freon out and said it should work. I stopped the guy from leaving because it was not working. 20 minutes of arguing and not heat, he checked it again and said the TXV was broke. They said they'll order the part. 3 weeks later in December; no call, no part, not heat. Its 30 degrees outside. I basically paid them $100 to take my own freon.

    I had another A/C Repair company come look at my A/C and they recommended I replace my A/C. I used Show-Me Services for a second opinion and the were able to fix my A/C. It turns out the problem was an easy repair. Thank you Show-Me Service for doing honest work!!

    The woman who answers the phone is awesome. She is very good at communicating and keeping you informed. Tim the technician was great! Showed up on time, found and resolved the issues quickly and was very professional. Would definitely recommend!
