Heather and Brandon (and their team) are truly amazing. They went out of their way, on more than one occasion, to help get my AC unit fixed and in time for my upcoming surgery. They helped me with my home warranty company who kept giving me the run around. They also went above and beyond to get a specific part I needed just to be sure my air was fixed in time for my surgery. Without them, I’d still be waiting for my parts from my home warranty company. They deserve more than five stars. Great customer service! They’re friendly, knowledgeable, organized, personable, and very informative. Home Warranty listed Show-Me Services for a water heater replacement. Show-Me always showed up when schedule, provide text and email notices when they're in route. Price was lower than other local competitors and they were very fast in replacing my water heater. They kept me informed on the process going through HW as well.

Thank you for providing a prompt and professional service. After dealing with the home warrantee company and getting the run around with just getting a company out to my house, I was worried with what I would actually get. The warrantee company scheduled you and another company for the same day and couldn't figure out their own system with removing one. Reading both repair companies reviews, I was hopeful I wouldn't have to deal with the other company. I lucked out and got you! Boy, am I happy you arrived at my home first! I can see why you have a 5 star rating with BBB. Hands down recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Thanks again!

Brandon is always ontime and very professional. I have used Show-Me-Services in the past for both heat and AC repairs with outstanding results. Tim was great. He arrived on the same day I called for service and arrived early on during the scheduled time slot. He worked quickly and efficiently. Very helpful when answering my questions and was quite knowledgeable. I thought Tim did a great job and I was quite impressed with the services provided by both Tim and the company as a team. I was expecting the worst based off past experiences from other service companies, but instead I got the best. My family and I truly appreciate you guys getting here so fast. I still can’t believe how quickly you guys got out here. it was four hours, five tops from the time I made the phone call for service to the time of your arrival and you guys kept me updated every step of the way and I mean every step....I was notified that tech was assigned and scheduled, then another when he was on his way. Great communication.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. We were assigned this company from our home warranty after we could not get the bathroom faucet on. Throughout the ordeal we had to take off work 3 separate times. The plumber who arrived showed up with no markings whatsoever signifying him with the company – a T-shirt and jeans in a white unmarked van and no label, jacket, shirt, uniform or any other signifying information. He did not instill confidence and suggested something he “thought he could try”, but did not have any parts in his truck. He said he needed to come back the next day at 7:30 AM. By 8:15 no one had showed up, I called the company and they did not know what was going on, so they assigned the same technician to come out later that day, again, to fix it. He came with some of the parts but not all of them but made a fix of some sort to our issue. The van was left running while he made his fixes and he seemed to be in a hurry the entire time. This could have been a personnel issue, but I will not be using this company again and would rather choose my plumber and pay out-of-pocket then go through my warranty and be assigned to them again.
The individual on the phone when I called with my issues was very kind, and I am sure they are a company that works hard, but this experience missed the mark.

I went through my home warranty company to fix a toilet issue and they contracted with Show-Me Services. The technician arrived ahead of schedule and finished the job in less than 15 minutes. Very polite and professional. I'll definitely use them again!

I met this company through my home warranty plan. They figured out the problem and said the home warranty plan would need to approve (Initial appt in June). I paid my trade fee. By October, I had an invoice, but no working heat. I thought maybe service was delayed because of COVID-19. Now that it is cold, I called for an update. The lady tells me the home warranty will not cover the control board and they will call back. I called my home warranty and they had never received a diagnosis, so I knew then she lied to me. They took my trade fee and left my family with no heat. I am not impressed. I do not recommend or trust them.

We have had plumbing issues in the past and our home warranty place has sent out 3 other company. This guy was phenomenal. He came and augged our stuff, quickly and efficiently. He was thorough and didn't mind my chaotic dogs. I absolutely recommend Brandon.
