Show-Me Services Heating - Cooling & Plumbing LLC

This is our second time using Show Me services and this time I called our home warranty company and specifically asked for them to be assigned to us. This company again has gone out of their way to accommodate my husband and me. We would recommend them to everyone! Thank you for your help and your responsiveness! Top notch company!

I had an appointment set with them through my home warranty company. They called, sent texts and even emailed me with appointment time, update on ETA, and sent both invoice and receipt. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem and fixed it very quickly. I would recommend them to friends and family because I know they'd be well taken care of.

I want to commend this company for the steps that it took in order to ensure that we got our AC fixed. I wasn't sure I would be able to make it home from work in the 30 minutes that you have from the time that the technician texts you. So I called, and they did everything they could to give me additional time. It was so helpful and appreciated. Then when Tim got here he was quick to diagnose the problem and along the way he answered all my questions ( I like to be informed, ha). Will request this company if I have any problems in the future!

I am very happy with the service provided. Both techs were knowledgeable and professional. They diagnosed the issues and provided pictures for proof of the problems that they found. They were able to fix all issues found and didn't leave the job half done. They also cleaned up the work area once completed. I will definitely use Show-Me services in the future and recommend they to friends and family.

Brandon was a very respectful gentleman. Came in earlier than was scheduled arrival "time", was nice enough to point out the deficiencies and showed us how to fix it next time if it kicks over wrong again. He topped off our coolant in record time and again was very respectful! Would highly recommend!

Tim was our technician today. He was extremely professional, informative, knowledgeable, and patient. He replaced several items including our thermostat and our A/C now works flawlessly. He was extremely patient educating me on how to use the new digital programmable unit. He was also very helpful answering questions regarding my inquiry to possibly add an additional HVAC unit at our home for our garage. A huge "THANK YOU" and "JOB WELL DONE". We appreciate it!

My floor drain was clogged. I called and scheduled an appointment they came the next day and solved the problem. They came on time and quickly solved my problem. They came at the time quoted. I would recommend.

[Service, Timeliness, Price, Technician] Fall furnace check. Brandon did a thorough ck of the furnace & determined the gas pressure was too high. Thankfully he found that & fixed it while here saving time & expense later on. Also removed the old humidifier & installed a new one. Everything is good to go for the winter months. We bought a new faucet and I didn't want to mess it up so we called Show-me and they scheduled it. They were timely and very professional, communicated everything via text and email which I asked for. We would highly recommend them!
