Show-Me Services Heating - Cooling & Plumbing LLC

We just moved into our home in late February and were concerned if the air conditioning was going to work properly for Summer. Brandon did a check on the cooling/heating system and cleaned up the units inside and out. As it turned out we did not need any repairs. We would call Show Me Services again when needed.

Brandon was dispatched by our home warranty company to fix a leaky pipe on our bath tub. He said he'd have to replace all the plumbing on our tub (supply lines, drain lines, etc) in order to fix the issue. He seemed like he didn't want to make the repair and said he'd have to get it approved by the home warranty company. We never heard back from him after that. We called and texted and never received a response.

Brandon completely replaced the furnace in my home. He was on time, respectable, and worked diligently and got the job done as soon as the parts came in. Thankful for his work and to have heat again!

Brandon was great ! He evaluated the situation and provided fast service in a professional manner . I would definitely use services again , and hope to get Brandon!

My home warranty company contracted with Show-Me Services and Brandon showed up when he said he would and communicated when he was on his way. We discussed what the possible issues were and within 10 minutes he had my AC back up and running. He offered me some tips on how to extend the life of my unit and have it work more efficiently. I am satisfied.

Brandon was on time, courteous, quick, and clean. My home warranty recommended them and they took care of a leaking pipe for me.

I called our warranty company and they assigned them to our issue. They diagnosed the problem as being our control board was going out, but our warranty wouldn't cover it. I asked them to file the warranty anyway to make sure before we paid out of pocket. After a week went by I called Show Me Services to find out the status, they said it was denied and we'd have to pay out of pocket and schedule the service. I then called my warranty company and they had not been notified of the diagnosis at all. I requested a new company come out and they diagnosed the same issue, yet they said it was under warranty and had the part within 24 hours and replaced. Glad I did my own follow up. Now we have another issue with our furnace and they came out, diagnosed it and again, said it was not covered under warranty - I have called to have a 2nd opinion as my warranty company has stated most likely it is covered and will be taken care of. I do not trust this company anymore and will never use them again.

Our furnace needed to be replace and we had a home warranty. The home warranty company was very difficult to work with. They were courteous when I called them but they never followed-up with their promises. After weeks of calling they finally responded and the work got done. Show-Me-Services did the work and they were great. Heather helped me deal with the home warranty company. She was very patient and helpful. Show-Me-Services did the install very quickly after the work was finally approved. Highly recommend Heather and Show-Me-Services.

Brandon and Tim were a great help! Our home warranty company was horrible and wouldn't communicate with show-me, but Heather had our back and was quick to call the warranty company multiple times to get the ball rolling or get additional information. When the warranty company finally approved the new unit, Brandon and Tim were quick to come install it! Thank you Show-Me Services for your excellent service!

Highly recommend this company. Heather actually cares about the customer. Brandon is timely and efficient at plumbing work. He quickly repaired our water heater after another company unnecessarily said it needed to be replaced. They are both our heroes after spending 4 days with no hot water due to the Home Warranty company not doing their job properly and giving us the run around. I am truly grateful for these two especially this week of Christmas and will use only them in the future for our plumbing needs.
