Highly recommend. We were having a lot of issues with our AC this past summer so we decided to replace our HVAC system. We had called 4 companies for quotes. PS Property Services was the only company that treated us like people and not just another check. They were able to come out the morning after we called to assess our needs and we had our quote that afternoon. They were also able to get our units ordered and installed before we left for vacation, which was only 4 days from the day they came out for our quote. We had a few questions about our units after the install and when we reached out, they responded to our messages quickly.

My heat went out back in January on one of the coldest days of the year. One of the major heating companies in the area sent someone out who misdiagnosed the problem and then couldn't tell me when the part would come in to fix it. PS came out the same day and got my heater back up and running temporarily. Based on what was wrong, I ended up using PS to replace my entire heating/cooling system. They were professional, quick, easy to work with, reasonably priced and did a great job. Would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Came out to check our furnace. We need a piece replaced. They were quick, efficient, and priced fairly. No attempts to oversell us on something we didn't need. Just good, trustworthy service. I will use them again in the future for sure!

I called them New Years Eve day about a broken water pipe in a shower wall. They came out within an hour and capped the pipe and then came back five days later and replaced the shower unit. They were professional, friendly, skilled and did not leave a mess when done. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Matthew was VERY responsive. Got me on his schedule quickly and communicated well on the day of service. I felt totally at ease while he installed the thermostat. He explained everything to me before leaving to make sure I understood. I will definitely keep his card for further use.

They also removed my attic fan... repaired, textured and painted my ceiling (drywall, tape and mud). The ceiling looks like the attic fan was never there.
In addition, they repaired my front door threshold.

PS was great, they came out right after we called on multiple occasions and were very friendly even with small plumbing jobs. Would highly recommend
