I’ve used Property Services at 3 of properties for 3 different services - install mini splits at one, repair a leaky shower valve and replace the tub surround, and repair an AC unit. All three times Matt was responsive and quite timely in getting the work done. Matt is reliable, communicative, and great to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, the owners and the employees. Last year they came to my rescue by referral when my Nest thermostat quit working and then simultaneously my furnace decided it had enough too! It was during the bitter cold days in March.

They were quick to respond help me replace my a temporary thermostat until I could get the Ecobee and I had a new furnace within 24 hours. They answered any questions I had. I have already had them return for the annual this season.

They offer a variety of services beyond HVAC including contacting for remodeling or repairs. I appreciate the values and integrity to only provide what is necessary. They are not in business to scam over sell individuals what they do not need. They are my go to for anything I need done in my home or if I need a referral for a service.

I met 3 of the owners. They looked at several issues we had in the house and gave us competitive quotes. They work performed was able to be scheduling quickly and it was excellent. Highly recommend this company!

The team did exceptional work and exceeded my expectations in almost every way. They completely overhauled the electrical wiring in my basement that was a DIY project by the previous homeowners. They provided insights and suggestions all along the way that I hadn't even thought of. They were courteous and respectful of me and my property, they arrived on time stayed within budget, through in a few extras that I didn't expect. Most importantly they communicated with me before, during, and after the project.

They were incredibly responsive to all of my calls, emails, and texts; I always felt like I was completely up to date with where I was in getting my restored. They gave explanations of the problem and the solution, these guys were the ultimate professionals. They were the techs selected by my warranty company, but I will definitely be using them outside of my warranty as well. I highly recommend PC Property Services.

These guys are awesome they worked all day on a larger project and still managed to come to my little repair service call in the evening and get me cold air. I will use no other company for HVAC issues.
