Johnathan had to come back out to my home because my heating system was still not coming on. He found out that it was my heating board that needed replace. Came back the next day on time, now it's working. Thanks so much. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I called Environment Masters on a Wednesday night at around 8:45, thinking I’d leave a message. Nope. Adam answered and got me set up with an appointment the very next day. Then, Nathan showed up on Thursday, right on time. He actually beat me to my house, and assessed the problem quickly. He gave me a very thorough report of wha was going on, how it needed to be handled, and how much it would cost. This is the fourth time I’ve dealt with EM, and they’ve been nothing but professional and efficient every time.

Today Joey Greer provided excellent plumbing service. He was on time, knowledgable, friendly and very professional. He reinstalled my toilet. He evaluated my plumbing, checking faucets and hot water heaters. He provided follow-up service recommandation for problems he detected. He provided speedy, trustworthy, and quality service. It was such a pleasure to have met such a great plumber.

Brandon was very responsive, timely and professional. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood our new thermostats and our options for service and repairs. I highly recommend Brandon.

The job was to connect the p-trap from our new bathroom sink to the drainage (see picture). 1st: The guy that came to our house was professional and a nice guy. That is where the positives end. The tech went to his truck and spent at least 15 minutes entering our information in a tablet, only to come back with 3 options, each costing $825+. I explained that we just had a plumber install the work that is there (see picture), but the new sink was not in place and he could only guess where the drain would be. The charge for this work was $250. I know professional's fees will differ, but I politely told the Environment Masters tech that $825+ was too much. We were then told he needed to charge us $98 for the estimate. Just to be clear, he didn't have to hunt for a leak; he didn't have to dig in our yard; he didn't have to shut the water off; all he did was look under our sink!!! We don't have doors on the cabinet, so he didn't even have to open a door. Let me be clear, the tech was doing what he was told to do. This is 100% company driven policy, including trying to upsell a yearly subscription for $110. Why does this company have 5 stars?

Jonathan was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He performed the maintenance and explained to me what he was doing. He was concerned about keeping my house clean without tracking in anything from the messy weather outside. Thanks Jonathan!!
