It’s always nice to be greeted with a warm friendly smile, especially at 8am. This is exactly how Azareus came to my home to provide system maintenance to my A/C units. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous during the entire inspection. It’s always nice to receive this kind of service.

Ethan was a professional in every way. He was prompt and courteous. He took his time to ensure everything was well with our system. Can’t say enough about how great a business Environment Masters has been. We’ve used them for heating, AC and plumbing and have never been disappointed with the quality of their work. I convinced several neighbors to give them a try and they all have been as happy as me.

I called two companies. One brushed me off since it was close to quitting time, the other showed up within 45 minutes of me calling. I realize that can’t happen every time, but it was the difference in scoring a $9000.00 sale and no business at all. Environment Masters and the entire crew were extremely courteous. It’s never fun to be told the entire central ac system is due for replacement, but they took the edge off by being down to earth and that helps a lot. It started with the initial visit of Mason to diagnose the issue. Super nice guy, no beating around the bush. Had it figured out within about 20 mins. The sales professional showed up within 30-45 minutes after my system was deemed dead to go over options. I hate that i can’t recollect his name. Professional is an understatement. It ended with the next day install by Tristen and his helper. These two had the outside unit and the coil in my 135 degree attic stripped out and replaced within roughly 7-8 hours while I was at work. After I arrived to help with the starting and testing after the install, it was obvious that they had swept my garage and left not a spec of dirt even in the driveway where all the unboxing took place. They advertise that they will leave the work area cleaner than it was to begin with, and they did. Thank you. During maintenance, they made a recommendation that I ignored. Four months later, my AC quit because of the very thing they recommended be fixed. They don't try to hype what needs to be done.

Always very professional. Provide suggestions to be proactive rather than reactive but not pushy on sales.
