Environment Masters • Plumbing + Air

We absolutely LOVE Environmental Masters. They have been servicing our A/C & Heater Unit even before we bought our home. The previous Homeowners left the folder with receipts showing all records of Maintenance Reports and Upkeep twice a year.
So after we bought the home 3 years ago, we continued the Maintenance Routine for our A/C & Heat Pump twice a year, and we Love everyone of our Professional Service Technicians from Environmental Masters.
They call us several days prior to our appointment to remind us of the appointment, and they call us on the morning of the appointment as well to let us know they are on their way, and exactly what time they'll arrive. The Technicians are ALWAYS on time, and they will always text me with the name and a photo of the Service Technician arriving as well. My Technician this visit was Bailey, and like the other Technicians, ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, answered every question that I asked without hesitation, took the time out just for me to ask him anything that I wanted to know. So, THANK YOU Bailey for being so Professional & Cordial!!

Technician Jonathan arrived promptly at 8:00 and introduced himself with a smile. I showed him the unit and explained what I wanted done; he understood immediately and prepared a satisfactory estimate. I authorized the work. His work exceeded my expectation. Well done. He also offered me a twice a year checkup contract which I refused today, but will keep it mind for the future. If my A/C needs attention and repair, I will call your company, ENVIRONMENT MASTERS. Environmental Masters send prior notice of my tech and all his qualifications which put me at ease. When he arrived he introduced himself and wasted no time troubleshooting and resolving the issue. Great company and very professional. They also have easy online scheduling appointments process.

Problem with our coil. Covered it under warranty. Explained everything! Followed up with phone call after visit. Excellent job!

Austin was very professional, knew the ins and outs of the air conditioner and did a very good job. He explained everything to us about what he found and the tests he ran. He had a very good personality. I would highly recommend Austin.

Kyle and his team were at our house for two days installing two air conditioner units. They were fast, efficient , informative and extremely courteous. Kyle explained everything to me and loaded all of the thermostats to match with my phone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Also, Nick Black was the project manager and came and assessed what we needed. He is great!!! If you need anything from Environment Masters, Nick Black for sales and Kyle W for installation. We are extremely pleased!

I am totally satisfied of the service I received with the purchase and installation of my hot water heater. This company is the BEST!! From the beginning to the end they were prompt, courteous and professional. I had so many questions and never once felt like I was bothering any employee I was talking with. They took their valuable time and answered all my questions and made sure I understood and was satisfied. Tommy came out to evaluate my needs and provide me with a quote. I spoke with Adam and Josh in the office with further questions I had after doing research on the unit I was purchasing. Jeffery and Neland came out for the install. All of these employees went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend Environment Masters!!!

Just had a follow up visit with Isac to address an issue with my New Tankless Hot Water Heater. As I expected from Environment Masters he was very professional, prompt and answered my many additional questions. I once again never once felt like it was a bother to him. Even going into an extremely hot attic he kept a very pleasant attitude and took care of my issue professionally and kind.

Stephen and the other gentleman arrived within a couple of hours of me or less of me contacting Environment Masters. They provided me with a couple of options and explained them in detail. Once I made my decision, they kept me informed of every step that was taking place with my installation. I truly appreciate the great service and the quick response.
