Chris texted 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let me know that he was on his way and arrived right on time. Chris was polite and professional and patiently answered all our questions. He checked our system and verified that all was good before he left. Highly recommend Chris and Environment Masters.

They were able to move my service call up a week to accommodate my hot water heater going out. Upon arriving the tech was able to fix my issue and complete the regularly scheduled maintenance in no time. Nathan H displayed the three F’s that are the hallmark of any good service technician, He was fast, He was friendly, and he knew what the F he was doing

Had a routine service check on our relatively new AC unit. Azarius was our serviceman for our home AC unit routine maintenance. He was friendly and on-time. We had noticed that the unit was not cooling as well the previous day and I informed him of that. He found a coolant leak in our coil and arranged for a new appt the next day to get this replaced. Great job, AZ!
