Miracle Heating and Air...the miracle is if the ever show up! All they did was fake a claim and take money from our home warranty company. Never returned calls, we had to initiate every call, wrong part ordered, scheduled install, part on wrong truck, never showed up, lied, closed claim under another name so we had to reopen, due to their mistake, unapologetic, uninterested in making anything right. Rude receptionist with constant excuses. Can't say enough about their dishonesty.

The plumber was on time and kind. Beyond that, this was the worst plumbing experience I have had. Made no effort to try and figure out a solution. Disregarded concerns I had and showed no initiative to do anything remotely helpful. I will never use this company again for anything and would highly recommend you avoid it.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would... They lied about time multiple times and then actually never showed up after my husband and I both rearranged our schedules to be at our home! The receptionists are rude and unconcerned and clearly do not care to help their customers. The only reason this place is open I would assume is because of a co tract they must have with home warranty companies.. I would highly recommend using someone else’s and demanding your insurance select another company. Horrible absolutely horrible!!

They were supposed to come Friday between 9-2. I called at 1:40 they said they were behind. They called at 4pm and said they were running late and then called at 6 and said they couldn’t make it and they would come first thing Saturday. It’s Saturday at 1pm and they still haven’t called or showed up.

Miracle was assigned to me through my home warranty. I left work early twice to meet with their plumber and he skipped both appointments with no explanation. Would not work with them again.

Sent unprofessional employees to our home to repair a washing machine, the lady at miracle tried turning around the story after talking to the lady at Lowe's, the lady at Lowe's seen the disrespectful behavior from miracles employees, they tried stealing personal items inside work bag before leaving our home...the lady from miracle AC then recieved a call , she went racist on me!!!! Not a professional company..ladies name was Jennifer .if I could give a zero rating, I would,and here it is a couple days later the lady got a call in their office and she immediately made racial comments towards me!!! Very highly offended

They came out and repaired my Samsung refrigerator Which was freezing up When nobody else in town could They did an excellent job I highly recommend this company

Worst ever they sent this person out I just had my house remodeled and new fresh paint and they were putting in new sockets and scratches all over my paint after putting them in then they installed a new thermostat and the dang person wired it wrong stuck on day 3 no air have 7kids here and they keep saying they don't know when someone can get here to fix it they are a joke I have more damage then when I started

They showed up when they said they would and investigated the problem. The part came in quickly, and the repairman was efficient at getting the refrigerator working well again.

I’d never use them again. They are very slothful and are liars!
