Home warranty company sent a CHA contractor (NOT Miracle Heating and Air) to repair my unit Friday, March 3. Received a call March 8 from Miracle Heating and Air at 4:42 pm. from Ryan wanting to schedule an appointment on March 9. Told her another company repaired it Friday. Her response: “Well, sir, I really appreciate you letting us know” and hung up. I let my home warranty company know the rudeness, unprofessional manner in which Robyn addressed me. Miracle Heat and Air will need a miracle to stay in business with customer service like that!

DO NOT USE! Worst ac company I have ever dealt with. They do not do what they say they are going to do…constantly changing the diagnosis and bleeding you for more money. STAY AWAY!

Believe EVERY poor rating and review about this company. This is a poorly managed company with swift excuses and delayed action. I have encountered them ONLY because of my home warranty company, and giving Miracle “1” star ONLY because they showed up. I requested a different company after four to five days of not being contacted by Miracle following the claim’s filing. After the initial visit, I had to follow up with them to get a repair date. On the scheduled repair date, they called stating upgrades (for an addition cost) are needed in order to complete the repair. I refused to pay this after such short notice and someone at this unorganized company should have over the past three weeks advised me of this. I wouldn’t want them to do anything additionally after having read about all of the other “screw ups” by Miracle. It is a Miracle a company like this is still in business!

BEWARE Homeowners BEWARE.
I had a simple plumbing issue - clogged toilet - My Home Warranty Company sent this “company” of incompetent(s). This turned into a a total disaster -- after 2 weeks they finally showed up to diagnose the issue. I was told they needed to snake the plumbing issue, and would need to get an approval and would be back the next day. (I have now found out the technician could have called on the spot and gotten approval on the spot) I waited 5 days for them to submit the approval -- on the 5th day they had not submitted the work claim form and my Home Warranty Company had to call them and schedule for them to come out again. Working into over 3 weeks now --- The Technician was 2 hours late and was here until 1am. This was a total disaster, first the technician came out unprepared and had to leave to get tools, returned with SOME tools, not all. The technician proceeded with the snake and stating that he did not have the correct head for the snake tool ---- the technician ended up flooding the bathroom and the foyer hallway. This technician had no clue as to what he was doing. The technician didn't have the proper equipment on hand to clean up the mess he CREATED! I spent the next 2 hours cleaning up the mess he created. This technician actually left with the issue worse off than it was before.
This entire company from the Office staff to the Technician are totally incompetent, and lacking in professional competence.
I think this company is in business to collect diagnosis fees and not do the work.
They received 1 star only because 0 is not an option.

My home warranty company chose this company. We putthe claim in 3/27/21...it took them 2 weeks to get out here, 3 weeks to come back with parts and they didnt get my dryer fixed. The the new part shows up on my door on a Sunday, and now they cant come until Friday to fix it. 6 weeks without a dryer!
The communication between Miracle and the customer is almost non existant, and obviously the techs are not trained enough to do the job they were hired to do! I gave them a 1, because I couldnt give them a 0. Do not reccomend this company!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this business!!! I’ve never had a worse experience with anyone else. They didn’t show up for appointments, never returned phone calls, & didn’t even order the correct parts. I only had to use them because they’re the business that Lowe’s used for my extended warranty maintenance. I even spoke with the manager @ this place, & she was the least help of all. I finally gave up on them & thankfully Lowe’s made it right!! I can’t stress enough… DON’T EVER USE THEM!!!

This is the first review I have ever written because I don't typically like to publicly talk bad about any individual or company. This company, however, is absolutely terrible. It's impressive how badly they responded to our situation. We have been without a working AC unit for over 3 weeks. We've had a contractor come out twice and determine that we need a new unit. I've called every single day to ask if the contractor can send the paperwork to our home warranty company and he has failed to do this for several weeks now. NEVER AGAIN using this company and highly discourage anyone else from using them.

Homeowners BEWARE. Had a simple plumbing issue, Home Warranty sent this “company” of incompetent(s). A total disaster, after waiting three days, a technician came out and ended up flooding the bathroom, laundry and portion of hardwood floor in kitchen with backup sewage! Then stood in doorway puzzled, stroking his head. We have never hired a service and did this much work. The technician had no equipment one hand to clean up the mess he CREATED! Fortunately my bewildered hubby jumped into action with our setbacks & mop bucket; again the technician stood watching the cleanup.
Office staff not much better, lacking professional competence. My motive for sharing is solely to WARN unsuspecting homeowners.

I have never in my life experienced the unprofessionalism that I did on today. I called this company this morning about a job that was “completed” at my house last week. I informed the office manager/assistant/scheduler, Jennifer, that the job that I paid for to replace/repair the leak under my sink (outside of the service fee) was paid on that service day.; however, there was absolutely NO work done on my sink.
First, this representative tried to tell me that the pipe under the sink was not supposed to be replaced. Then she kept trying to “explain” that the money I paid outside of the service fee was for “parts and labor” ($125 - a total of $185). I informed her that no labor had been done and no part was placed anywhere near the pipes that were STILL leaking. I stated that as a “reputable” company they should have made the new service call to actually do the work a priority. I stated that I wanted the job done today to which she said it could not be done because the technicians were already out. I told her that I was sure there was a means of communicating with them and I would be fine with being the last call of the day.
This lady wanted to go back and forth with me, the paying customer, about when someone would be coming out to actually do the work. Ri-dam-diculous!!! NEVER and I do mean these five letters; N-E-V-E-R use this company!!

The service was quick and friendly. If a mistake was made, they quickly resolved the mix up. I ordered a T-bone steak and it was very thin, and charred way too much. It was supposed to be a 16oz but maybe a weighed 12oz. The loaded pull pork fries was sub par. Not enough pulled pork. Food needs work, but service was good.
