I have been working with Davis for years and it is always hassle free experience. Their technicians are very knowledgeable in everything they do. It is rare that the person answering the phone can answer most any question and pin point the possible issues you are having. Having a company with decades of experience is a must have when bringing someone into your home or business.

I had been waiting 5 weeks for the repair person assigned to me to fix my air conditioning unit. Mis-diagnosis, disappearing for days at a time, generally making me miserable!

I demanded my warranty company reassign the job and they assigned it to Davis. They came out in the morning, reported the issue to the warranty company, and were back out the same afternoon to fix it. They explained everything to us and showed up on time. I will be using then again!
