High-ranking service right from the fast response to my quote request in the form that I asked for. The expert was polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. The service men that came to replace my furnace and AC were wonderful. They kept the work area and my house entrance clean and laid a drop cloth where they were accessing the site. Thank you.

Manager came out himself to look at my unit seeing how I was not happy about my first visit. Took a real good look my furnace and made me feel comfortable about what he saw. I do need a new unit and the price is very reasonable. He was very nice and knew what he was talking about. He apologized about my first visit and made it right.

I used Dayton heating and cooling to have a new system installed they were by far the best company to deal with nick the salesman was very helpful explaining how a new system would be more efficient and what my old system was doing and why it needed to be replaced when the install crew came out I was shocked on how professional the company was and how quickly they got me back up and running with a new system by far the best company to have do your hvacsystem and repairs!

I'm a property manager and have dealt with many companies and I find their work outstanding and will be using them for other properties. They are professional and get the job done right. Having been disappointed in other HVAC services, it was great to find one I could trust.

Very friendly and professional service, even though the project took a bit longer than expected, everyone went above and beyond. The technicians even coordinated performing the loudest parts of the project around my 8 month old's nap schedule, not an easy feat. I would come right back to these guys for any heating/cooling needs.

I called the company at noon and Peter was at my place in a couple of hours. He was very polite and prompt with the service, showed me what was going wring, explained and showed me how he was quoting the job. Everything was back up and running in no time. Great service, very much appreciated Peter!

No call, no show two days in a row. This company never showed up during the time window they gave me or even contacted me in advanced as they said they would. When I called them on it they apologized and said they'd be here "first thing" today, between 8 AM and 10. Now it's 10:45. Not even the courtesy to contact me.
I will be looking for a company that keeps their appointments or at least contacts the customer if they can't make it.
