Christ Grant does phenomenal work and I cannot speak highly enough of his customer service. He replaced our furnace for us last fall and his work was above and beyond our expectations. He worked long hours to get it done at a very reasonable price. I just called him recently because our AC wasn't working, he came over very late at night to check it out and got it working again right away. We are customers for life and recommend him to all our family and friends!

Needed a garage heater installed, Chris came out and gave me a competitive quote and was able to fit me in within a couple weeks. Chris and his team came in and finished everything same day, and were very efficient and professional. Definitely would recommend them for any heating and air conditioning needs!

Chris and team did a fantastic job in replacing our furnace and AC this spring. He was the fourth HVAC person I spoke with, and his prices were lower than the others. Of the four, Grant was the only company where the person who came out to see give a quote was the person who actually did the work. All the others were pre-packaged solutions, not necessarily tailored to our needs and desires. The benefit was that when it came to the actual installation, there were no surprises. I've worked with other home services businesses where the technician comes on site, and then explains that things won't be done the way the person who quoted the job said it would be done. Chris gave us clarity and integrity from start to finish, which I really appreciated.

Chris and Megan provide the best service. Chris is a hard worker and should be your next-door neighbor. Super friendly, professional, and thorough ... despite our dog peeing on his drop cloth.

My AC went out just before the summer heat wave. Couldn't get any other contractor (tried 3 before Grant) to return my calls or send estimates for whatever reason. Called Chris and he was out shortly after, turned around with a quick estimate and started installation of AC and Furnace within a week of my acceptance of the offer. Great individual and company to work with and he did a stellar job installing everything - very clean and organized. Didn't hesitate to work through a couple minor requests brought up during the installation either. Used drop cloths, swept up and probably left my house cleaner than when they showed up. As an added note, he worked late and even came in on a Saturday morning, just so I had some AC for a humid weekend.

Chris was prompt, and had excellent Customer Service! His prices were reasonable and his workmanship was very thorough and precise. He even brought drop cloths to put in our house so he wouldn't get the house dirty when he had to traverse between outside and in. He came back a second time to do a check for the energy efficient rebates and once again was thorough and meticulous with his readings. He even machined parts for us in the furnace to make it more efficient and to save space in that room. He is the guy you want for all your AC/Heating needs!

I'm sure glad I was referred to Grant Heating and Air. Chris did a great job and got the job done that many others wouldn't do. Working with them up-front to get the job scheduled was easy and everything was done when they said it would be. Will definitely be using Grant heating for future needs. Thanks Chris!

I had Grant Heating put a heater in my garage. They did an excellent job. I have had a few put in at different homes I have owned. This was by far the nicest install. Great work!!!

AC went out during the hottest part of the year and of course on a Friday. Called around and no one could be out until the following week. Called Chris and he came out that day. Quickly surveyed the situation, gave me several options with the pros and cons to each. Solved the issue and have not had a problem since. Quick, professional, and friendly.

I called during open hours and got an answering machine. I left a message and never got called back. that was yesterday. today its colder and my furnace isn't keeping up. this business is close to me, and I believe in supporting my community. but not this guy.
