Chris and Megan were awesome to work with and provided excellent service and work. My furnace had been shutting off due to a bad heat exchange and the whole furnace needed to be replaced. They were able to reschedule all their appointments for Chris to come out the next day and do an all day install. He went above and beyond in the install and now my family is enjoying a safer and more efficient heating system. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone needing HVAC work. We moved into the neighborhood a few years ago and originally reached out to them for HVAC services because they were our neighbors, and we keep using them because they're awesome at what they do (and because they're so friendly and easy to work with). We had to replace our AC and furnace a couple years ago, and they did a wonderful job at guiding us through the various options and then installing everything. Chris even came over on a Saturday to finish the job.

We're currently on their preventative maintenance plan, and it's comforting knowing that we have people that we trust reviewing our equipment in the spring and fall to ensure that everything is running as smoothly as possible. We highly recommend Grant Heating and Air!

Chris has literally installed our entire mechanical room over the years. The quality of his work is unparalleled. I have worked in the trades for years and have never seen cleaner/more detailed mechanical work. He has great solutions for the toughest projects. Grant Heating and Air does a terrific job! I am signed up for their preventative maintenance plan, so they come out twice a year to make sure my furnace and A/C are working properly. In the past, when I had a furnace issue, they were out immediately and fixed the issue promptly. They are extremely professional and I fully trust them!

The entire process from making the call to request information on a furnace/ac install to the actual install could not have been any easier or more pleasant! Megan sent out all the information for our review immediately via email, we sent back a few pictures and our questions, had a phone conversation with Chris and we were ready for the install. Chris installed the system with the utmost attention to detail and efficiency while mentoring a teenager on what he was doing! Awesome! I would highly recommend Grant Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs. The entire process was excellent customer service from contacting Grant and speaking with Megan concerning our issue to the repair work completed by Chris. Megan was very friendly and helpful over the phone and discovered that my current unit was likely still under warranty for parts, which ended up saving me a nice chunk of money. Chris arrived the next day and was able to come early which Megan called and confirmed was okay. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and not even close to what I had experienced with the first business and technician that I had called concerning my AC issue. Chris answered my questions and did an excellent job of communicating what needed to be done. He stayed later into the early evening to complete the job and our AC is back and cooling as expected.
