Bob Boldt HVAC

Had used many years ago and was pleased. Called recently for service. Left message. No courtesy of even a reply. Tried again two days later. Another voice message. Still nothing. Tried a third time and got someone on the phone finally. Came out the next week and quoted me literally close to 5X for an A/C servicing what the next company I called charged to do the exact same job. 😆 Draw your own conclusions,
but I won't be fooled again.

I have been a customer of Bob's for over 15 years. I have had him replace 2 air conditioning units and 2 furnaces.

The first 4 or 5 interactions he was great. I liked his service very much.

The last 3 times have not been pleasant.

He SOLD me on this Coleman furnace and I bit. Since then he has dropped Coleman because they are terrible machines. In the meantime my Coleman breaks every other year, same part. It takes Bob literally 2 mins to fix it. The first time it was around $100. The second through fourth times it was around $400, this time he wants $899?!?!?!. I've noticed over there years his prices are arbitrary. And he'll get the max price he can out of you.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Bob. His practices have changed.

Bob is very reliable and trustworthy. Our family has needed his assistance on several occasions throughout the past 10 years and he has always taken care of the issues with our best interests in mind. He is not only professional, but personable and I highly recommend him, his business and the services they provide!

I had a furnace issue that needed quick attention right at Christmas time with family expected. Not only did I receive an expedient service call but I had Bob Boldt himself make the analysis and service repairs! I appreciate their quality and prices! Great phone customer service and scheduling as well! Thanks Bob and Rachel!

I've had Bob to the house several times for various HVAC services. He's one of only 2-3 contractors I'll let in the house. Always easy to deal with, punctual and responsive. Very fair rates. Top notch guy. Highly recommended.

Great experience!! Super fast response to my initial inquiry. I never felt pressured for a sale. Bob clearly explained my options for a new furnace and what I needed. He made everything very easy and my install was completed quickly and without any issues.

Bob was very courteous and helpful when our furnace went out (in winter) after hours. It was also nice not to get gouged for a huge after hours service charge. We will definitely be calling back for any future HVAC needs!
