Wonderful experience! I needed to get my old furnace out and have a new one installed due to a cracked heater exchange, and they were here literally the next day ready to rock!! Completely professional and respectful, and the cost was considerably better than other places in my area. I Highly recommended going through Northland Cooling and Heating!

These guys were top notch. I called the 'big' well known company first and got the runaround and no fix. These guys came out quickly, fixed the main issue, and made some other recommended repairs/upgrades. It was all very reasonably priced as well. They even gave us free portable loaner heaters while they worked in the issue. Our technician was Trevor and he was awesome.

I have used Northland Comfort for approximately 6 years. I had them install a new furnace and AC unit when we bought our current house. They are responsive, very punctual and priced appropriately! I have had to call them in the middle of the night for repairs in the winter and they have never let me down. It’s a local family owned and operated business so please give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

The crew showed up on time and prepared. It took them 4 hours to completely remove my old furnace and install a new one. They made custom HVAC connections between my existing HVAC and the locations on the new unit. The city inspector was in and out with no corrections needing to be made to the install and actually said he likes the work that Northland does as compared to some others.
Getting a quote was free; they came out to my house to see what all needed to be done. There were no fees or adders in the quote, the price was the price and it was very straightforward and transparent. They were able to schedule me within a week of accepting the quote.
I will absolutely come here again if I ever need to.

I needed a old broken down furnace replaced fast, Northland installed a new furnace right away! Fast, reliable, quality service. The installers took the time to go over the features and provided maintenance tips before they left. I will use Northland Comfort Heating and Cooling for all my Heating and Cooling needs. Great experience with this company! Steve was great to work with for sales: very responsive, professional and curtious. Toby and the rest of the installation team were excellent: very friendly and respectful of the house and did an excellent job making the installation look great!

We are in the process of selling our home & needed an inspection. When I called the woman I spoke with was so friendly! She happened to have a tech in our area who was able to come out that day. We have already moved, so the technician let themselves in with our lock box, did the inspection and they called with the report as soon as they were done. We were able to pay over the phone same day - the service was so affordable!! It was quick, easy and definitely took the stress out of the process. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend!!!

The team at Northland Comfort just installed a new Natural Gas furnace in our home.

I had a furnace go out unexpectedly. The company which came to do the repair (not Northland Comfort) was not responding with an estimate to replace. I called Steve who came out to my property within two hours and provided a quote for a replacement immediately. He was very courteous, professional and prompt.
