Steve came out and reviewed the project - he made so recommendations on size of the furnace needed to heat the remodeled area - we decided on the Train 96% efficiency dual stage furnace and 12” round exposed duct work.

We scheduled the install for a few weeks to allow for the unit and all parts to be ordered and arrive.

Travis and Tobie arrived at the scheduled time and date for the installation - scheduled for 3 days - they completed all work on time and budget.

I had a hot water in floor heating. My heat went out while away causing my system to freeze solid. The guys from Northland came out and thawed the pipes, revealing a leak.Needless to say did not want to jackhammer my finished lower level.The men from comfort came and installed a forced air system . They were prompt, professional and most important on time for all calls . l would highly recommend comfort heating for all your havc needs

We weren't getting heat and our furnace was switching off and on constantly. We originally called the company that we paid to clean it less than 3 months ago, but they wanted us to either wait until the 21st (it's the 15th) or charge us $200+/hr when they made an emergency stop in 2 days. So we called Northland instead and Trevor was here within an hour. He spent the time to inspect everything and found water built up and clogged tubes that *should've* been cleaned by Randall's, because that's what we paid for. Trevor was prompt, professional, very kind and we have decided to use Northland Heating and Cooling from now on!

Called to have them look at my furnace that was not working. They tore off my fresh air intake pipe instead of screwing it off. Said my secondary heat exchanger was plugged and that they could come out and possibly clean it out otherwise I’d more than likely have to replace my furnace. They left the fresh air intake pipe off and said that it wouldn’t work properly with it on. I called a different company for second opinion. They got it running and did tests and replaced the piping to the fresh air intake and it ran just fine. My secondary heat exchanger was not plugged. Unfortunate when my husbands deployed, thank goodness I got a 2nd opinion otherwise I would have spent a lot of money!!

Very poor service! Called to have our heating looked at, the reply we received was a long the lines of how we didn't call them first to put it in so no they won't do it. Very unprofessional won't take the job because someone else put it in! So disappointed.

Technician drive time is billable at standard labor rate, in addition to a 1 hour minimum labor charge ($100 per hour) as of Jan 2016 for daytime mid-week service. Service was good and quick, but billing leaves a lot to be desired.

Very responsive and quick to get the work done. Everything looks awesome.
