This is the second time I was dealing with Porter Heating & Air Conditioning and just like the first time, they delivered beyond expectations. Alex was very informative, and explained everything in detail. Customer service was exceptional and price very affordable. Highly recommended.

They have always been able to immediately visit my home and resolve the issue. They have received a lot of my friends' recommendations.

This company has very poor customer service and organizational problems. They use an answering service to book their jobs that does not understand the scope of work that they do or don't do. I called them a few weeks back to schedule a service call and it took them a week and a half to get back to me. I ended up scheduling an appointment with them last week for today. A technician never showed up during the 3 hour window and after 2 calls one got back to me about an hour and a half later to see if he could show up in about 75 minutes. I would have been fine with that but it turns out he does not do the scope of the work I needed done and neither does anyone that works for the company. Then to add insult to injury, a customer service representative from the company just called me and never apologized until I pointed out to him that he had neglected to do so when he was ending the call by saying he would cancel the service request. What a shame! We just moved to Crystal and I really wanted to find a local company.

Personal service, worked hard to get to us quickly. Alex our technician was courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem well and gave us options that were inline with our thinking. I liked that he didn't try to upsell us but understood our interests. Great job. They have earned their 5-Star rating.

Very friendly service from Alex. He took the time to ensure he found the right problems, explained them to me, even showing me pictures he took and had a great attitude about his work despite the hot temperatures. He provided more than just service, he made it a great experience.Highly recommended.

I've been managing an apartment for about ten years and I have been using Porter Heating & Air Conditioning for servicing the heating and cooling system. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and always go beyond to solve the problem.I would definitely recommend them.
