I will never use this company or recommended it to a friend again. After the amount they charged with the little service they provided. It was clear the service man had no knowledge of the system. The service man came to look at our broiler, dinked around and told us it seemed okay but also instructed us how to fix it ourselves. We asked for a quote on a new broiler and two months later we still haven't heard anything from them. In the meantime we had a different company come out and take a look, not trusting AirServ's judgement. The new company told us that we had all kinds of things wrong with it and it's only performing at 75% efficientcy rate, they gave us a new quote that week and also fixed the air bubble issue that AirServ told us to fix ourself. After calling and complaining to the company they refused to reimburse us at all.

They replaced our broken furnace. Jason was very helpful in choosing the replacement, walking us through all the options, costs, and warranties. The entire process was very transparent, each furnace shown was emailed to us. He also went above and beyond, bringing in several UV heaters for the night. Work was started with in 24hrs of our initial call and finished by 3:00 that day. I would highly recommend them!

Technicians were very thorough in their work. But, they told my wife we would get an written estimate of the recommended repairs with the full report. We didn't . The report came and it contained no estimate of the cost to fix what they recommended. So, I called them. It was on a Saturday and the person on the phone send she would leave a note for the person to respond to Monday. The bill from the first visit arrived but had no instructions on how to pay, so I called. I used a credit card and asked for an emailed receipt. They said no one had ever asked for one before but that they would send one. There seems to be a big disconnect between the people I spoke with on the phone and the technicians who do the work. Also, I feel some of their fees are way to high and I plan on shopping around.

We had an amazing experience with air Serv of cloquet. The staff did well with the 95 yr old customer, explaining step by step.to him. Respected him and making sure he knew exactly what was being done and the cost. I was amazed at each and every person I dealt with at Aire Serve..amazing customer service. Jason, the sale rep was amazing. He was kind hearted and really made us feel good about the system we needed. Thanks for going above and beyond Jason for helping Burt and I out.. we will never forget your kind heart..
