I was very fortunate that I found AireServ online the day my old thermostat crapped out, their technician called back promptly and was here within minutes of his ETA and we were up and running before the oncoming heat wave. Then he recommended and ordered a comparable replacement and installed it within the next week. And took time to explain the operation of the new unit and helped us to understand the basic functions and the new extras we would receive. Overall an excellent experience and a learning experience to always be aware who is willing/available to assist in time of need.

Serviced two systems. Gas furnace service was excellent. Fuel oil furnace was left with a leaking bleed screw on the oil filter causing fuel oil puddle on the floor. I didn’t find this leak until the following morning.

Fast, effect service. The service tech explained everything to me and took a video of what he was seeing wrong. That was extremely helpful.

Shane was a very pleasant, competent technician. He thoroughly answered all my questions and explained the various operations he was performing. My AC is now up and running like new. In our various discussions, I could tell he was a very knowledgeable person in many areas and having him in my home for the repairs was a very pleasant experience. Aire Serve is now my go-to place for any HVAC repairs I may have in the future. Over the past years I have had quite a few repairs done and I wish I had “discovered” them years ago.

I sent a message over the weekend and they called me on Monday and set up an appointment a few days later. The technician was here right on time and was very speedy with the repair…we are now toasty warm just time for this cold snap!
