Aire Serv from Cloquet, MN installed a mini-split AC/Heat pump in early June 2022. The installers were friendly and efficient. The job was done in the two days that they planned. The system works great. The exposed exterior work doesn't detract from the look of the house. I'd recommend them. Very professional experience.

I had an issue with my thermostat and the same day they came out and fixed it. Every since day one this company has been incredibly good to us! Would highly recommend

Josiah of Cloquet was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a tremendous job in repairing my furnaces on both sides of my duplex. He came on a cold Saturday morning and had the repairs done by noon the same day.

Zack has done the maintenance my oil furnace for the past 4 or 5 years. He is knowledgeable and very professional in his occupation. The business itself seems to work with the costumers needs. I like that.

Technicians Bruce, Zach, JD and Mike work together to come up with a solution to my AC unit problem with little expense. They were able to solve problem and repair in the same day I called. Office receptionist was very kind and dispatch my concerns to Bruce immediately.

I called for service because my 7 yo furnace wasn't working. They came out and said I needed a specific module. A week went by and I called for status. Tech answered and said my part had just came in that morning and it would get installed that day or the next. The part was used for someone else's furnace repair and my repair was delayed a week. After installation of the module they said another part was not working and they would order that. I called after another week and they said they needed to go back out and be with the furnace when talking to a rep for the manuf and they hadn't had time to do that and didn't know when the would be able to. That is day 14+ of no heat. I called comfortsystems and they went out same day. They said the module installed by Aireserv was faulty and suggested I call the HVAC company in town that services my brand. Both comfortsystems and the current HVAC company I'm working with were highly responsive because this is a "no heat" situation.

Install crew was on time and very courteous. Listened to my thoughts as to where to put unit and agreed. Installed piping in spot where future projects won’t be impeded. Highly recommend

They were awesome highly recommend this company! Our heat was not totally out but it was running constantly and was only heating to 62 degrees. We called and they were out same day got us up and running fast! We will call them again :)

Called air service for a no heat service call. Alittle disappointed they couldn’t get to me till the next day, however willing to wait. Service tech very knowledgeable in his trouble shooting to determine problem. Determined it was a control board. Did a great job back in bidness. Would definitely recommend and use in the future

He was on time, even a bit early and very polite. Got to work and was done in no time. He went over everything he did and answered all my questions. I was very pleased and impressed. Will call them the next time I need my furnace serviced.
