They took care of all of the paperwork, and the install crew was great. They gave me a few choices of how they could make my utility room look, and function. We worked with Kelly Marsh, and from the start, he was professional and explained our options well. We got a couple other bids which were all very close. One guy refused to give us anything but a scribbled number on a blank sheet of paper, and said he couldn't get more detailed than that unless he saw our other bids. How bad is that? We felt most comfortable with Kelly, and decided on Marsh. We purchased both Central Air and Heating units. The installation went well. We noticed a noise coming thru the vent at the location of the air conditioner and after trying to install some vibration limiters, they replaced the unit and everything has been great since. They were professional and really made sure we were happy. I highly recommend them!

Marsh did a fantastic job with the furnace in our rental property. They installed on time, and the installers didn't leave until I was happy with everything on the install. The best part was the city inspection... The inspector spent less than two minutes looking it over and then said: "You are good to go.". I said "That's it?" and the inspector replied: "Yeah. You used Marsh - they do good work." Can't get a much better testimonial than that!

This was a first class experience from project initiation to completion. The sales department proposed the most cost-effective system to us, and we went with it. The installation crew was courteous and cleaned everything up after the furnace installation. We could not be more pleased. Great service! We called Marsh Heating and A/C to give us a quote on an A/C unit for a rental property we own. They provided a quick quote, working with the tenant to schedule the best time. The quote was a great value and they were able to install right away. Great service all around. We worked with Kelly and Leigh during the process, both were great!

I was very impressed with the recent service I had with Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning. I recently moved into our home in Brooklyn Park and I had installed and wired in a new wireless thermostat. Everything seemed to be good until it would randomly reboot like it was having a power surge and I was concerned I did not properly wire it in. They called me the day before the appointment to confirm and they arrived right on time. The technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly as a flame sensor that was dirty. He showed me how to clean it and also took the time to explain the operation and maintenance of some of the other equipment, like the air exchange, that I was unfamiliar with. The price of the service call was very affordable and I will be calling Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning the next time I have an issue with my HVAC system.

The nicest thing I can say about Marsh is that they are completely incompetent. My AC has been out for over a month while they have attempted on several occasions to figure out what is wrong.
Little to no concern about the discomfort level of the client. I'm just expected to deal with it. Four different technicians have come over and none of them capable of resolving the issues.
They are really good at charging the customer though. There is NO kind of service guarantee or warranty of their work. Customer has to pay every time they come out even if they DO NOT fix the issue. Seems like they just soak the customer for as much money as the can and still do not resolve the issue. $800 so far and still no AC.
Customer BEWARE - take your business elsewhere!!!
