From beginning to the end of the job the experience with Marsh was exceptional! The crew arrived at my house at 7:15 and were done by 1:30. They left my house cleaner than when they began. Everything that was touched or moved was put back in better shape than when they began. The guys were so friendly and knowledgeable with there job. When I called Gordon and he found out that I would be without heat in my house, he had someone deliver 3 portable space heaters within 30 minutes. I couldn't have had a more positive experience with Marsh Heating and will readily recommend this company to anyone!! Thanks so very much!!

Our house has a lot of history with Marsh. When we bought the house in 2002, we discovered that the original owners kept years of detailed records of major installations as well as service calls. When, early on, we had an issue with our AC unit, we saw a Marsh sticker on the furnace so we called them. Our AC was old enough that it didn't use the standard condenser motor size. Regardless, the folks at Marsh managed to source a replacement motor for us. We have used them for all of the maintenance on our gear since then. 13 years later, we decided to replace both our furnace and our AC units. My first call was to Marsh as we have every reason to be loyal and give them our business. Rob came out and set me up with a quote. He was very pleasant and professional to talk with and we not only talked cost but we briefly looked at how venting would need to be arranged for a new high efficiency furnace. Rob went over all available rebates and walked me through all of the line items on the sales sheet. Once we decided to pull the trigger, Rob came back out in order to do some measurements and make sure everything was in order for when the installation would take place. I was also pleased to find out that Rob is a lead installer as well as a sales representative. It is nice when the sales guy knows the install process as well as code related information so that there is no confusion or surprises when the install date arrives. Speaking of install dates, we were scheduled for a Wednesday install but I got a call from Rob indicating that, if we wanted, they could do it the preceding Monday. Sweet! Rob and the install team showed up when they said that they would and jumped right in. They got the old equipment out and the new equipment in. Everything went extremely smoothly and they were winding up in good time when the electricians showed up to wire everything up. Throughout the process, they deferred to me for any decisions that needed to be made and answered all of my questions, including the dumb ones. In the end, the install was clean and very tidy. I was especially impressed with the fit and finish of their work. Considering the sheer amount of sheet metal fabrication required to marry up a new furnace with existing ducts, everything looked like it came from the factory. Very impressive. We are thrilled to have our new furnace and AC and we couldn't be more pleased with marsh Heating and Air Conditioning. We will continue to work with them on all of our climate control related needs. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a Lennox AC from Marsh through the Costco program. Everyone was very professional. I was very pleased with the sales process and installation. Leigh at Marsh is amazing. She is the individual I worked with for invoicing and office questions. Her response time, thorough approach and caring attitude was surprising and refreshing. It is not often that service levels exceed expectations, but when dealing with Leigh, they were exceeded every time.

Marsh Heating and Air installed a new furnace and air conditioning package in my home on 6/18/19. The price was less expensive compared to two local vendors that had provided competitive quotes. More importantly, the service we received was superior to other contractors I have worked with in the past.
The sales manager equipped our home with correctly sized energy efficient units and took us through the entire process beforehand explaining exactly what to expect with the installation. The service representatives that conducted the installation did a phenomenal job. The sheet metal work was perfect, the pvc connections were all very clean, the pump system was neatly plumbed to our basement sink and the exterior connections were carefully done to avoid any issues with our stucco exterior.
I would highly recommend this company to others for heating and cooling related work. They are competitive in price but the attention to detail and workmanship is what sets them apart from other organizations. They take a lot of pride in their work which is evident in the finished product!

Excellent service! Jay came out and provided an estimate. The install crew (Dave, Bill and Derek) showed up on time and upon finishing, went over all the new equipment from the filter, to the new A/C condenser and going over the new thermostat. Jay showed up, too and made sure all questions were answered. Very much appreciated!

Went through Costco to replace the furnace and air, and was very impressed by the job the crew did. I am an engineer and it takes quite a bit to impress me for the quality I expect. I have recommended the Costco route and Marsh to many since.

I am very satisfied with all aspects of my new furnace and A/C purchase & installation from Marsh this summer. Kelly, Larry and both the mechanical and electrical crew did an excellent job. I appreciated the effort they made to get my A/C running as it quit working before I called Kelly to come and give me an estimate. Larry came out to see if he could get it running but it was a no-go. I sweat it out but it was worth the wait, a little longer because of their busy schedule, to get them installed. Kelly, Larry and both crews where very polite and answered all my questions.
The city inspector came to check the installation, when he saw who did the job he said he enjoys doing Marsh's installs because of the quality of work they do. I highly recommend them!!

Just had a new furnace installed by Marsh - the ENTIRE team, from Jay in sales to Dave and Bill doing the installation, was a group of very well-rounded professionals. Not only was the service superb, but they were better priced than their competitors as well.
After that type of service I will without hesitation recommend them in the future to others in need.

Had a 24 year old furnace and 11 year old AC in a 3 zone house. The AC couldnt keep up and when temps got above 90 my upper level would be around 80. Terrible to sleep in! Shopped around and got 4 quotes. Although not the least expensive quote the price was fair especially so after the Costco rebates. The real reason I went with Marsh and paid a little more was because even before I sign a contract, their sales person Rob came over and looked at why my AC wasnt cooling the upstairs and spent 45 minutes of his time and money band-aiding my AC so that I was getting some cool air upstairs. Well that level of service convinced me! 3 weeks later a crew of 3 came over and installed the new furnace and AC in about 5/6 hours. They were great and explained everything! The next day, Rick came over and programmed my Harmony Zone controls and thermostats. We had one issue with the upstairs thermostat. The old thermostat only had 3 wires and the new Lennox needs 4. We couldn't find an inexpensive way to get four wires from my furnace room to my thermostat. So once again my sales person Rob called a meeting between the electrician, Rick, the zone engineer, and put their heads together and figured it out. No one left until all 3 zones were functioning perfectly. There was no additional charges. Leigh in the office handled all my questions and billing and credit card issues flawlessy and was awesome to work with. I've waited a month to leave this review to see how the system was functioning. Even in 90 degree weather, my upstairs level can be 67 if I want it to be! Thank you to the whole Marsh team! Marsh is the BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARSH!
