A-Team Heating and Cooling

I called A-Team Heating & Cooling on Sunday due to the failure of my furnace. We agreed upon a Monday’s appointment with weekdays charge. Vince called me back and offered to come over right away with weekday's charge to check the furnace due to the cold whether. I was so touched. He diagnosed the issue was related to the ignition and promised to come back Monday with the right part. Before he left, he went through his checking list to make sure ignition failure was the right root cause. Suddenly, I heard him calling me to the basement. He showed me the clogged spot which prevented the start of the ignition. He fixed the furnace right away and charged me with extremely reasonable price. I was so impressed by his dedication, responsibility and honesty. I highly recommend A-Team Heating & Cooling LLC.

Great service and reasonable prices. My heat stopped working properly and my usual company was unable to come out until the day after. I called and they were able to get me in that day. They arrived at my house within a few hrs of my call, identified the issue immediately and had it repaired in under 30 mins. Very happy with the quick follow up, as I️ have two little ones to keep warm!

I called A Team after a basement flood just to inspect my boiler, this after calling the guy who installed it multiple times and never getting a return call. A Team scheduled a next day visit and even changed the time for me the day of when I had a work schedule change.

They came out and were very thorough, and they took info from my boiler in case I should have any future questions. I definitely saved these guys to my Google favorites so I can find them again in the future.

I highly recommend Vince and his A-Team - they were the only company that would come by on a Friday night when we came home to a freezing house and broken furnace, he figured out the problem (unfortunately it was a totally dead circuit board), and then replaced our furnace with his team the next morning. I also like that he texts instead of having to call or request an appointment online. I'll be going to Vince for my heating & cooling needs from now on, and I recommend the A-team to everyone else too!

Reading the five star reviews is what made me call A-Team Heating, and I wish I could give them 10 stars! I'm a new customer with an old heating system, and Vince called me back quickly and came 2 hours later. He thoroughly checked my system and even showed me how to change the icky filter (I just bought an older home). These guys are the real deal: professional, great prices, fast and thorough service. Vince and his team just did new furnace, a/c, water heater and thermostat. They did a beautiful job! I'm very happy. They came up with a far superior solution to running the PVC pipes than any of the other proposals I got. It's all just .. right. Price, quality, timing... These guys are good.

I called Vince at 5pm today (Friday) in tears and asked him if he can look at my furnace. He got there in 10 minutes and fixed my furnace 20 minutes later. I am so grateful because on such a cold night and many more anticipated cold days coming, I was so worried. The weekend was here and so many people were telling me that I had to wait until Monday! Not the A team! They really were so friendly and very quickly responded! Thank you so much for today! I’m so happy and WARM :)

Made the call and was offered to come out the same day. Scheduled an appointment with them for the next day. They showed up right on time, even called to let me know that they were 15 min from my house. Came in and found the prob very fast and made the repair quickly. I would highly recommend this company. Vance from A Team Heating and Cooling came out to look at my HBAC when the furnace wouldn’t stop blowing hot air. He fixed the problem quickly and answered my questions about my current HVAC set up and the pros and cons of replacement. He’s very transparent and has the customers’ best interest at heart.

After suffering for 20 years with the lousy, inadequate HVAC installed by Rock Homes I had A-TEAM install a new unit of the proper size. Comfort at last and I'm sure a lower DTE bill in the future.
The guys were great to work with, gave me a good price and were back in an instant when there were a few minor installation problems.
They have a life-long customer in me.
