A-Team Heating and Cooling

Excellent service! Crazy cold temps and our furnace decides to act up. Our old HVAC company told us it would take a week before they could respond. Called Vince and in less than 24 hours...problem fixed. He accommodated my work schedule, did not charge extra for an after hours appointment, and texted me prior to his arrival. Very courteous and professional. Needless to say, A-Team is my new HVAC company from now on.

My husband contacted these guys after a frustrating week of searching for someone to assist with our central air unit. Vince and his guy came out and fixed our unit quickly! Didn’t break the bank either! He was very professional and even took his shoes off so as not to track dirt in the house. Small things matter!!! I would definitely recommend these guys and when we’re ready to replace our unit, he will be our first call!! Very happy with his services. 👍

They have earned more than just my business but my trust and respect all the way. I had my furnace worked on earlier this week then a couple of days later something else went wrong. Vince and his crew came "after hours" Friday night to work out the furnace problem. In perfect timing of the crazy ,winter ,cold, hurricane chill ,cyclone, vortex, ice age conditions of modern times. They did this and refused further payment. I am completely impressed by the amazing business standard and appreciate the hard working nature of A-team heating and cooling.
Years ago I had a really bad experience with one of their competitors, not to be named here. That company was absolutely terrible to me and I nearly lost my dog forever due to their neglect. One of their workers left my front door open allowing my puppy (at the time) to run out into the freezing January day. It took me over 1/2 hour to wrangle her up again getting soaking wet from the funky just nasty day. I was thankful of the aide from a friendly neighbor that day but felt rejected by the men who were responsible for that occurrence. Not only that but when I had gotten back to my home my front door was left wide open! only my glass door was shut. The guys were gone. Before all of this I had placed $500 cash into their hands so I guess they had no reason to stick around and help in the situation they got me in. That company never even called to see if I or my pup were okay!! I was pissed!
With that horrible experience I was nervous about about ever having my furnace worked on. Who would I call? Will I have another terrible experience?
After having my furnace worked on by Vince and his crew I will NEVER think of anywhere else again. I sure wish I had known about them years ago!!! A-Team all the way!!!

Great communication and exceptional service! They were very communicative about when he was going to be at my home to deal with a furnace issue; they were going to try to make it the night I called, but had other customers to work with so we rescheduled to the following morning. The next day, they showed up at the time we agreed upon, figured out the issue quickly (non-functioning motor control board), got the part and replaced it. Didn't take that long from the time they came to the time they left. I definitely would call them again to troubleshoot any future HVAC issues and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their HVACs!

Very professional and friendly service. Our furnace went out on a Friday morning and they came out that night at 6:30 pm. Vince shared that even with a full schedule, he always makes time for those who need assistance that day. I highly recommend them and have shared their name with friends and family already!

I placed a call for my furnace and they were there within two hours. They fixed what needed to be fixed without adding anything extra. Thankfully it was an easy fix (under 30 mins) and cheap. They followed up with me to make sure everything was still working properly. Friendly and courteous, I appreciate the gesture to remove their boots before coming into the house, most services folks don’t ask. Thank you!

Our furnace went out on an evening when the wind chill was well below zero. Vince and his son came out around 10pm to assess the problem. They promised to get the part we needed first thing in the morning and gave us advice about how to keep the house warm overnight. The entire repair was completed before noon the next day. They were professional and courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that all parts of the furnace were functioning properly before they left. Fantastic service!

The A-Team was awesome. Vince and his son came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. They crew was very quick, polite and they were also on time. Best service I have had. Definitely recommend them!

My central air went out yesterday. I called A-Team early Friday afternoon and made an appointment for Monday morning. They called me back and said that they could come out around 6pm today! Turns out I was low on freon. My tech was professional, fast and explained everything to me. I highly recommend the A-Team!

Vince is an amazing person to deal with! From the first phone call to the finished product everything was perfect, thank you so much guys! Done on time! Done perfectly! No issues at all!
