If you are in the Downriver area and have any issues with your AC or other HVAC issues, Hafez Attar of Attar Enterprises is the man to call. My partner in this area had a central air unit that has not been working for over a week. I found Hafez through the DADBA and contacted him yesterday. He came out today and had her air blowing ice cold in no time. Best of all, his rates are very reasonable and inexpensive. He also provided some great advice to keep it running and save on the electric bill at the same time. I feel we made a friend in Hafez. I would recommend his company to my own mother.

My AC suddenly quit working on a very hot Sunday afternoon. I called Attar first thing on Monday and Hafez made arrangements to get out to my house within an hour or so. He was able to get it up and running that day and my wife and I were so happy to be cool again. Attar is the only company I'm calling whenever I need help with my furnace or central air. And when the time comes, they will be the one replacing my equipment.

I use Attar Enterprises for my rental house and my commercial building. Last winter my renters had a newborn baby when the furnace went out. When I called Hafez and explained to him the situation, he quickly went over to the house and made the necessary repairs. I appreciate his quickness and concern and most certainly have recommended him to others and will use him again. Thank you Hafez for helping me to be a good landlady!

The worst Company to have in your home! Dishonest and below experience in diagnosing problems with heating and cooling!!!!! The other reviews on here are friends of Hafez Attar. He has a technician named Brad Favors,possibly the worst technician in our country! I worked for this Cheat of a man who pays cash and 1099's you, doesn't want to give health insurance and expects you to be on call every week. It's been years since I worked for this terible company ! I really hope this helps! Good luck if you choose them!

Rude and the most expensive quote to repair or upgrade. They wanted to buy me for $6k? Good to know Attar can take advantage of situation I was in. Sure enough Hafaz, did not offer the top of the line products, he refused to give me a written quote. I am visual person I need to see what I get. Lazy approach of the business owner who is trying to stay in business.

Excellent work, They were able to get me a new AC unit installed and running in 4 business days. They called the next day to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. Thank you

We have been using Attar Enterprises for a couple of years now and have been very happy with the service. With most heating and cooling issues things pop up suddenly and Attar Enterprises is always quick to come to the rescue.

Highly recommend! Arrived in less than 30 minutes of initial call. Diagnosed and showed the issue and then replaced furnace next day within 4 hours. Quick, friendly, and efficient.

its funny after reading the negative comments about this company i would have never believed them if it didn't do the same to me. my ac condenser wasn't turning on so i called my home warranty, this company came out and told me my compressor was bad and that they would have to replace it and after they would have to also patch up a big leak and add 7 pounds of r22 @ $55 a pound. after that i got a call from the place to tell me what ill have to pay and whats wrong. the guy on the phone told me that my refrigerant leak is from the compressor (not true) then said to me id have to pay $455 for r22, then gave me the option to buy a new unit from him for 2900 minus what the home warranty is gonna give them for the compressor. and yes they lied to the home warranty people also. i had another company come out and look at it and they told me the whole unit is bad and that if the leak was fixed it would just go bad again within a year and they said no home unit should have more then 5 pounds..... i was then offered a new unit for half the price from this place.

Avoid this company at all cost. They lied to my warranty company about the issue with my air unit so they could try and sell me a $2600 unit outright. They said that someone had been jumping up and down on my lines. Who would be jumping up and down on my lines when i dont have kids or kids over ever?!?! Then trying to call back to get it straightened out they kept hanging up on me and wouldnt answer my calls. Avoid this place at all cost.
