They were awesome. I used them last year. My furnace stopped working he was busy but still made it out to me the same day I called. Very honest, and I was very grateful he could fix my furnace.

If you want the job done right with people who care even on weekend or nights these are the ones to call. Awesome people to work with.

Recommended by my parents who used them for their furnace install. Came out to my house same day to recharge my AC unit. Very quick and easy. Prices were reasonable.

Doug was just out to repair my heater for my landlord. He was so kind, not only to me but to my dog also. He took care of things after their listed close of business hours. He definitely went above and beyond and I'm so grateful to have my heat restored!

Update: I referred them to my friend's neighbor. They had a cancelation and came out the next day. They raved about how friendly the guy was and how they took such good care of him! Makes me so happy to hear more positive feedback.

I had called Alert a month ago and he was so behind he couldn't make it to my house before 6:00, though he was supposed to be there hours before, so I politely cancelled and said I would call back. I made another maintenance service call appointment almost 2 weeks in advance. I was told he would be at my condo between 11-1. At around 1:00 I called to see where we were on the schedule. The woman couldn't answer me but said she would call him and try to find out. I never received a call and at 6:00 still no show and no call. Based on the two times I tried to use them, I would NOT recommend this company. Shame on them for putting the consumer through this without even a phone call.

Doug from Alert Heating & Cooling is amazing! He responded immediately, was able to come fix my furnace within the hour. He was extremely thorough and provided maintenance to my furnace while he was here. He not only did a great job, his prices were more than reasonable! I highly recommend Doug for all your heating and cooling needs.

First class experience from beginning to end! I just got an ac installed today and the guys were great. They finished quickly and even swept the floor and left me 2 filters. Thanks Joe and Doug for everything!

I had a different contractor do work at my physical therapy clinic several months ago and was dissatisfied so I asked my electrician for a recommendation and he told me about Alert Heating and Cooling. I'm very happy he did. Doug and Matt came out promptly when my AC went out, got things working and did honest work for a reasonable price. A separate problem arose a few weeks later and the were again very prompt and responsive and did a thorough job diagnosing - and explaining the problem. Again at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, they are professional, honest and most importantly thay are great at what they do.

I thought they were honest and competitive in pricing. Did a beautiful job. Professional. On time. Furnace and central air works beautifully.
