Hafez did a FANTASTIC job of fixing our older furnace. He was honest with us about the repair instead of pressuring us to buy a new unit. If you want a reliable guy who won't try to upsell you, Hafez is your man. There's a lot of dishonest people out there, and they aren't one of them.
