These guys did a really nice job for me. Rob, Rich, & Kenny pulled out an old boiler and and air handler from the attic and installed a new HVAC system and hot water tank. They were here on time, stayed to get the job done in 3 days and cleaned everything up like they'd never been here. They were mid-price on the quotes I got but I'm glad I selected them. Rob was here when the inspector was in case there were any issues (none). Rich took the time to explain how everything worked (humidifier and new digital thermostat). Kenny didn't mind the myriad questions I asked. I'm about 35 days past the install and all is good. I highly recommend them.

Supreme Air Systems really was on the case. Had Mike out next day and can be confident that my AC is ready to do the job. Company and their service men are very professional and are not out to take advantage of the situation. Would definitely call them again

Mike came to inspect my furnace. He was very professional and friendly. He was also very helpful to me. While he was here, the wind broke a mechanism on my screen door. He repaired it!! Thank you Mike!! Supreme charged me $70...Family Heating and cooling was going to charge $99.95. This was a no brainer!! Better service, friendlier service, and a better price! I highly recommend Supreme Air Systems!!

I woke up to a cold house on a day when the temperature was not going past 23 degrees. The heating and cooling company I normally deal with was booked up for six days. Even with a working fireplace, as a 70 year old disabled woman I had to find a way to get the heat back on. I found a listing for Supreme Air and even though they didn't have much of an online presence or many reviews I decided to take a chance. They were able to send a repairman out the same afternoon. On arrival I showed him that my Honeywell wireless thermostat was telling me that the heat was on when obviously it was not. He glanced at it and told me that he didn't deal with 'that junk'. My first instinct was to send him packing but I decided to let him have a look at the furnace. He said I needed a fan and he could go pick one up and install it within a couple of hours. He did this and I did hear the furnace kick on for a short time. When he came up from the basement I told him that my thermostat was now saying that I didn't have a signal and the furnace was not working. He said that was my problem, that he had jumped it at the furnace and it was working, and went to his van to write up the receipt. I basically just wanted to get him out of my house so I gave him a check and he stormed out. I called one of my tech savvy sons for advice and he told me to take out the batteries and put them back in. It worked! Isn't this something a technician should have known?
So basically, they responded in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem and made the repair. The cost was probably fair. But it was a very unsettling experience. The technician was defensive, openly hostile and was technologically challenged. He did not put his name on the bill.

My furnace was purchased from Supreme in 2010, with a ten year warranty. The heat-exchanger has already failed. Mike at Supreme, while apologetic, wanted nothing to do with it. Even with it warranted, he didn't want doing the work, it's a pain and takes lots of time. Yes they could be understaffed, not my fault. Until now, I was very happy with Supreme, however refusing to service the unit they sold me has changed my opinion.

Darrece came to do the maintenance on my furnace today. He was a pleasure to work with and was very polite and communicated with me for the entirety of the job. The maintenance ended up taking a bit longer to do due to the space that the furnace was installed into. Adriel and Jose came to help with some re-piping, and then Darrece was able to finish up the job.

I'm sure when Darrece came to my job, he didn't expect to be at my residence twice, but he cheerfully kept me informed of what was going on and did a great job.

I'm glad to pay for the maintenance plan -- Stephanie makes sure to call me every 6 months to send somebody out so that my family is ready for the cold of winter and the heat of summer. Have not had any issues with my furnace/air conditioner since I started this regular maintenance plan. I highly recommend it.
