They were out when they said they were going to be here. Dillon came out, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He talked and asked questions about me personally, without getting to feel too invasive. It felt like he wanted to get to know us to get a good customer/service tech relationship, which I really respect and have done myself many times working in customer service jobs. Dillon was able to answer all of my questions and even admitted when he was not sure of the answer (which I also appreciate not being given a made-up answer). When we have them come out in the fall, I will be a happy customer if it was Dillon coming back out, or someone as good.
Brian was a courteous and polite technician that did a great job looking over our furnace. Gave me a lot of nice and helpful tips on how to care for my furnace and humidifier.
This place use to be my go to place for all my ac and heat needs. However since they do no call no shows or show up hours late I found another local company.
Brett was very polite and professional. He helped us save money for the long term by offering the service plan. Thank you for another great experience and fast service. Looking forward to continued excellent service from you guys.
This is my first experience with Victory, and I'm a very satisfied customer! One of my co-workers recommend them and I'm glad I called.
Will did a thorough job testing, diagnosing, and fixing my furnace. He had no problem answering my questions as well as recommending a whole house humidifier, which I purchased through them. The price was very reasonable, and I will definitely be using them again in the future as well as recommending them to family, friends, and co-workers!
I recently had the blower motor go out on my HVAC system and contacted Victory immediately. I was able to have someone come on site and inspect not only the motor itself, but my duct work, AC unit, and was educated on why my blower motor went out (original homebuilder installed incorrectly per installation manual). I was walked through what it would take to have a repair or replacement of my system.
I chose to replace my system and have everything done correctly. I was given a quote with multiple options for furnaces, AC units, and accessories. I was able to pick exactly what I wanted, and was told what was available immediately, and what would take some time to arrive.
Upon installation date, the team arrived on time and prepared to do the work and answer any questions that I had (there were many). The team was polite and made sure I was educated on my system, what each part was, and what it takes to maintain the system.
Post installation I was walked through how to use everything, and how to have the best experience with what I had purchased. The team had disposed of the old unit, and swept up the area leaving no scraps behind.
After a month and a half of use I find that there is a drastic difference in air quality and heating/cooling capability. The airflow is much better throughout the house, and most of the time I am unable to tell that the system is running, it is so quiet and the variable speed fan gently ramps up to speed.
I also added on a couple media air cleaners, an air scrubber, humidifier, and ERV unit. Starting with the air cleaners, this allows for larger filters, and a cabinet that is easy to access and change filters with. The air scrubber advertises that it eliminates odors throughout the house. I have 7 cats and two litter boxes, after installation I was wondering where the cat smell went. I wanted to test cooking with butter and a hot pan without opening any windows, and after 15-20 minutes, the smell had gone away as if I didn't even cook at all. The humidifier has a summer and winter setting, and I have not used yet (update to follow). The ERV unit advertises that it is able to bring in fresh air from outside while exchanging the temp and humidity of the inside air with very minimal energy consumption. This unit provides enough fresh air to where the house is never stuffy and it is easy to breathe.
As for electricity consumption thus far, to run the furnace to heat my house (3000 sq/ft) I have observed a power draw of up to 700 watts while in stage 1 (haven't checked gas usage but should be low). To compare to a space heater, this consumes roughly 1/2 the amount of electricity (compared to a 1500 watt space heater).
I would highly recommend (and have) Victory Heating & Cooling, and they are my go to service provider.
At 3a.m. we found our humidifier on the furnace was leaking. We are so thankful the Victory crew was able to fit us in their schedule this morning. It was a quick & easy fix. Thank you!
Thought we had broken flange he fixed what needed to be fixed set toilet cleaned up after himself very courteous and friendly. Great work will call them again. Brett great company employee.
