I wish to extend a well deserved thanks to Victory and particularly Wil and George for their exceptional efforts in resolving the plumbing issues in my home. Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable! Well done!
We were in need of service after an ice storm due to no heat. Victory came immediately to help, and discovered that our furnace needed to be replaced. They worked with us and gave insurance company everything they asked for to help everything go smoothly. I would recommend them for any job. Thank you
I contacted this company last Thursday and due to the ice storm we decided to wait until Monday for the plumber to come out. (Victory heating and cooling/Michael's Plumbing is the company name) The plumber was supposed to be here at 4, did not end up getting here until closer to 5. Which the weather wasn't great so I wasn't super upset just taken aback that nobody answered my call or text to verify he was still coming. Anyways.. the kicker is.. it took him 30 mins to find the well shut off and he literally removed a 6 inch piece of hose and replaced it. He was gone by 5:40. Charged me $300!! Today's the next day and I'm still sick to my stomach over it. I can't believe it and most people I've talked too are pretty shocked as well. Definitely will call someone else next time I have a plumbing issue.

I'm not sure what you are talking about as far as not wired properly. The home was built in 2000, and all up to code. So, I don't know what you mean by that. I told the worker he could shut the MAIN breaker off while he was working so he DIDN'T have to crawl under the house. That was his decision. And, WHY am I just now learning that my sump pump is not working? He never mentioned it to me and he was not wet or muddy when he came back inside. WHY wouldn't he mention that to me when he was at the house?
$300 to replace a 6 inch section of line is a little much. But, I'm not going to go back and forth with you on this. THIS is MY review and MY opinion.
And, I didn't even mention about the worker just writing down my credit card information on a piece of paper, so anyone has access to it. Super Professional. You live and you learn and I've learned a lesson from this. Thank you for your reply Michael's Plumbing, I hope you have a blessed day.
Our sewer backed up on a Saturday morning. Worst time! Victory answered my call and the tech (Heather?) was out within the hour. It was a stubborn root blockage, but she was persistent and cleared the line. She was pleasant and professional and made a very unpleasant circumstance tolerable. Big fist bump!
CAME TO OUR RESCUE!! Our old steam boiler decided it had enough and gave out on us just prior to this heating season. After extensive research and reaching out to several heating and cooling companies, we were told there was a 20 week waiting period to get a new steam boiler. With the heating season fast approaching that was a very scary scenario for me and my wife. Our neighbor Lindsey Stump recommended we call Travis at Victory heating and cooling and we are so happy we did. Not only were they able to find us a new steam boiler in just a few days, they professionally removed our old one and installed the new one in record time. Everything from start to finish was handled with our needs in mind and they went the extra mile to be courteous and clean. Thanks to Brad, Travis, Will, Dillon and the whole crew at Victory for making this a warm winter for us with many more to come! Patrick & Kelly Sipkovsky
The service technician showed up 2 hrs late due to over scheduling by the office. Office made no attempt to call the customer and tell them how late he would be without me calling them first. Once he got here he was very professional, did neat and clean work, nice to talk to.
Thanks to Victory I was back into hot water in just half a day. They did an emergency hot water tank replacement for me. I called Michael’s biz # and learned Victory had purchased Michael’s and they were here in 45 min, had the new unit installed by afternoon. Courteous team, kept me well-informed throughout the process and were thorough at wrap-up. I love family businesses and this father-son(s) team is great. Yes, I recommend.
Everyone at Victory Heating & Cooling have been amazing and friendly starting from the owner to the staff within the office to the installers. Everyone is professional, kind and give great customer service.
We had a furnace, central air and thermostat installed. The owner, Brad, first came and gave a quote. We never felt any pressure he was so kind to answer all our questions and explained everything thoroughly and encouraged us to ask further questions in the future without hesitation.
The staff in the office (Tammy and Cassidy) have been amazing since day 1. They answered any questions I had, send receipts when needed and filled out rebates for Consumer’s energy for me.
The installers (Will and George) did an excellent job and were open to any questions we had. They did a great job in communicating with us about the progress of the installation. After everything was completed and was testing the system one of installers heard air was getting out somewhere and took extra time to find the issue and fix it to make sure everything was running as expected before leaving. In addition, after all the work, the area was left extremely clean.
In addition, the owner came after the job was completed to look at the work and noticed he wanted some simple piping rearranged in different manner. They scheduled to have that service done at no additional cost.
We really appreciate the thoroughness and the care that this company takes in their work and with their customers.

I had the air conditioning system looked at this Spring, in addition to calling to have a potential leak investigated and caulk replaced outside.
The service people were prompt, listened to my concerns and reviewed and repaired issues.
Very happy with your company!
