Steve at R.J. helped so quickly, and with such a friendly manner! I came home to find no heat at my home late on a Sunday night. Steve called me back on Sunday night to make sure I had provisions for keeping the pipes from freezing and then arrived first thing Monday morning to diagnose and fix the problem! I highly recommend this company!

Great company. They have installed furnace, ac and hot water heater. I am very pleased with their work. The staff is friendly and efficient and professional.

Absolutely amazing. AC went out during very hot period in August. Called in the early afternoon, and the guy stopped by at the end of his day - around 6-ish. Found and fixed the problem on the spot - took about 1/2 hour. Cost me only $150. Bam! AC in commission! Incredible.

Steve Roehm bought the R. G. Wahl Heating and Cooling company 2 years ago and is in the process of ruining the company reputation one customer at a time. Steve Roehm does not communicate with the customer and takes it upon himself to rip out their functioning A/C Unit without their knowledge or consent. Much to the customer's horror, he then attempts to sell them a new A/C Unit. I wish I would have received this advice myself; buyer beware of contacting R. G Wahl-Roehm in Saline, Michigan to service your heating and cooling units. You might be in for a big expensive surprise too if you do.

Went there 5 days ago to have a technician come to my home. Left my home address and phone number and they never contacted me.
They could have contacted me and said they were busy but nothing. Bad company to deal with. There are more reliable companies out there.

Lost heat on a Thursday, called a few other places and never heard back. Called R.G. Wahl-Roehm Friday morning and they got back to me within a half hour. Fast, courteous and friendly. Had heat going again within 2 hours. Will let others know. Thank you!

Air Conditioner wasn't cooling. Service tech was super courteous, efficient, and fair. Will definitely use them for future service!

They did a great job hooking up the gas to my pool. No complaints.
