Our AC went out on a 95 degree day yesterday. My husband called them late in the afternoon and they were at our home within the hour and had it fixed within a matter of minutes. We are so thankful- we thought we would be without AC during the hottest week of the summer! Great service- we’ve already recommended them to another family with AC issues.

Super Fast, Friendly, and Affordable. My heat went out. I called them for assistance, and they were able to send someone within the hour even though they were super busy. Steve took a moment to explain a few things to me, diagnosed the problem, and had someone on their way with a part to finish the job within the next hour or so. So thankful to have heat again!

Our furnace stopped working during the intense cold of the last weeks. Called RG Wahl - Roehm and other companies to see who could fix our furnace quickly. This company asked the nature of the problem, diagnosed and found the part needed prior to arrival. Our furnace was fixed in 15 minutes time by a very professional heating tech. Very pleased. Will use again.

Steven installed a new Lennox furnace and air conditioning unit in our older house. He did a super job and the follow service has been excellent.

Steve (the owner) came out today to look at our AC unit. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained in detail what the short and long term course of action would be. He also put up with all of my questions 😀

I called and they came out the same day. We needed a new ignitor on our furnace. he was fast and friendly! They will always be our go-to for HVAC!

I have never been spoken to in such a patronizing, insulting manner. We had them install an AC unit a year ago. It isn't cooling as well as the previous unit we had, so I asked them to come check it out. That was all I asked - no finger pointing, no assumptions - nothing. Just wanted it checked since it was fairly new. He came out and decided it had been frozen at some point. Which is well and good - but doesn't explain why it still isn't cooling as well as the previous one did. I called to get clarification (I wasn't home when he came), and Steve proceeded to tell me I wouldn't be able to understand how these things work, told me I was pointing fingers, among other things. I am a 55 yr old engineer. He didn't know that - but that's the point. He didn't know anything about me except I was a customer. And he treated me like I hadn't experienced a hot summer before (let alone not being able to understand how an AC unit works). We will NEVER do business with these guys again.
