First time customer, and we had a great experience! The owner coached me through a temporary furnace fix to get through the weekend, and the tech who came out a couple days later was thorough and courteous. Recommend and will use again.

I was having trouble with my nest thermostat and called RG. I talked to Aaron who had someone dispatched same day. He told me they wouldn’t charge the full fee if they only had to be out for a few minutes and he stuck to his word. The technician he sent out was very knowledgeable, friendly, and finished the job very quickly and even took a little extra time to look at my A/C outside and give it a quick clean up. I will definitely go back to RG for my future HVAC needs.

My furnace's blower went out this morning, during the coldest morning of the 2017/2018 winter season. The folks from RG Wahl-Roehm responded immediately to my call, diagnosed the problem within two hours, rushed to get the new blower and installed after one more hour. Exceptional Service and Outstanding Response. They will continue to get my loyalty and business for as long as they are in this business! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for expert HVAC support for their home!

7/15/21: RG Wahl continue to amaze and delight customers! We had an A/C issue on 7/14/21-night, called the office on 7/15/21-8:00AM and Aaron arranged for an excellent service person (Austin) to stop by at 10:30AM. Within 10 minutes the problem was fixed and comfort returned in the household. If I had 10 stars instead of 5 I would have given RG Wahl 20 stars instead!

I had a problem where there was more air flow under my house then inside my house with my ac unit... I called r.g. Wahl roehm. They were fast friendly and professional but they didn't fix the problem. I paid $400 for what they did and it didn't make any changes. I had to call another company to come out and look at it... although the problem couldn't be fixed with out spending alot of money due to the poor installation of the company that installed the ac, he was able to fix what he could and we instantly felt a difference. And he only charged the service fee. $95. Way better then the $400 I had spent for no improvement.

Wonderful customer service - they really go above and beyond. I had an emergency repair at night and they fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. Then my propane started leaking and the propane company said it had something to do with the furnace. So he came out quickly again and discovered that the propane company had left an important cap off and that was the cause of the leak, not the furnance. He called the propane company for me to explain the problem and followed up with both me and the propane company over the course of several days to ensure they reimbursed me. I am so grateful I found a company with so much integrity and commitment to excellence.

We had technicians out to fix a Vermont Castings LP Stove (think a woodburning stove but LP). It kept shutting itself off. The technicians were prompt and professional. It took a couple trips to get everything working but they came out, arrived when they said they would, and got the stove working again. We are very pleased with the professionalism and effectiveness of the services provided.

We've lived in Saline since 2000. Right when we first moved in, our air conditioning broke. We called American because our neighbors had used them. They completely misdiagnosed the problem after a big charge and a not fixed air conditioner. I called our real estate agent who recommended RG Wahl. They came out and realized it was a condensation problem in a thermostat attached to the unit. Simple fix and it worked for over 10 years until we replaced it. We've had other problems throughout the years with heating or cooling as our air conditioner and heating started to become ancient. They always explain and show me what it is and fix very quickly. They are honest, hard-working and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
